I was very pleased with the service I received today (7/7/16). Instead of going through a middle-man like FTD, 1-800-Flowers, TeleFlora, etc., I decided to work directly with English Gardens over the phone to place my order. The person I spoke with (I believe she was the designer) was very pleasant and attentive to what I wanted the arrangement to look like and how much I was willing to spend. When I called to place my same-day delivery order, it was late morning; however, the shop managed to get the arrangement out within a couple of hours. My friend (the recipient of the flowers) LOVED the arrangement. She sent me photos and I too was very impressed by the quality of the flowers and how beautiful the design was. I had simply asked for white lilies, roses and some greenery and I got that plus more (snapdragons, bells of Ireland, curly willow,)! The vase even had a little bling on it! :-) Thank you, English Gardens! Also, word to the wise: If you dont want to be disappointed with the arrangements not being what you ordered, please work directly with local florists. The middle-man sites can be helpful if you are trying to get flowers to someone who is out of state, but you may not always get what is pictured on the site. The florists can tell you what they have available which is what English Gardens did for me.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST !!! If I could give this a negative rating I would. I ordered flowers for my Mother on Wednesday, 5/6/15 for Thursday delivery for Mothers Day. This is now Monday, May 11, 2015 and my Mother still has not received her flowers. She did receive a voice mail on 5/11/15 from Mary Ann, who left a 220-2525 number that is disconnected. My Mother also tried to call another # listed on the website of English Gardens, and was informed Voice Mail was full. She also emailed them via website...no response. This order has already been paid for by the way. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST.

I ordered a planter on December 21st for delivery December 27th. This florist didnt deliver on the scheduled date but said the would deliver the 28th with an apology note saying it was their fault they werent delivered. On the 28th they delivered cut flowers, not even close to what I ordered and of course with no apology note. What a joke. This florist was contracted by Teleflora. I will never order from either one of these organizations again. Completely disappointed....

my friends husband ordered flowers from here on valentines day. The driver called her at 4:30 and told her they were stuck in traffic. Then they just never showed up. The next day, she called to ask about her flowers and the lady (the OWNER) was completely rude. She still has no flowers AND her issue has not been fixed. I will never use this florist based on this experience.
