Liked nothing today about this florist. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my wife 50th, and what was delivers was an utter mess. It looked as though it was just thrown together. Honesty I could have given tree branches to a kindergartener and gotten a better result. It was nothing of what I asked for. I have used this flowerest for the last several years and never experienced anything like this before. Its obvious there is a clear lack of design ability and management at this store. Nothing but excuses and lip from the staff when I complained. They attempted a replacement, but it was a half hearted effort at satisfying the customer. I asked to speak to the owned of the store, and evidently they dont know how to use the phone. There loss not mine. I know I will use another florist in the future. I probaley should have just went to Publix. I would have gotten a better result. Its shame there is such a high level of incompetence at this store. Good luck with using this florist, your gambling with your money.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! GREAT PRODUCT & AMAZING SERVICE!!! At the last minute, work obligations kept me from flying home for Mothers Day. I called on Friday and they put together the perfect items just for my Moms taste. It was just a pleasure talking to them. I sent the following email to the owner: My Mom absolutely LOVED the beautiful basket!!! She also wanted me to tell you that the young man who delivered it was so sweet, polite and personable. I have used Buds Blooms & Beyond several times now and they out do themselves every time. I am not good with flowers, and I usually just tell them what the occasion is, and how much I am comfortable spending, and they always make me look like I spent much more than I actually did. The flowers are unique and thoughtful, not just roses and babys breath which would be taking the easy way out. Also, it is usually short notice, and they have always delivered on time. I will continue to use them every time I have a need for flower arrangements and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I called these guys Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend and knew it may be too late for delivery.. But the staff took my order said theyd do their best to deliver the flowers before she left for work. Sure enough it was on time and beautiful, she loved it. She had been having a horrible week, so this definitively turned it all around. Thank you guys so much!

Called with a same-day order and received great customer service. They are friendly and took the time to listen to what the flowers were for and made their own arrangement based on that and a price range. It turned out perfectly. Highly recommend calling them and not just ordering off the website!

I walked in to get a dozen roses. The lady behind the counter must have really not wanted my business- she proceeded to give me every reason in the book why it would be too hard, then she clearly gave me an overcharged rate to dissuade me further- I just walked out.

I welcomed a new grandson whos Daddy is a fire fighter. Buds and Blooms had the most adorable firetruck and designed a beautiful floral arrangement in the back of the truck. It was simply amazing!!! The staff made me feel like we had been long time friends!!
