I ordered Mothers day flowers for my mom through Teleflora, they used this flower shop to make the arrangment. I am sadden to say that my moms floral bouquet was less than acceptable. It was horrid. I paid for a deluxe arrangement and got mediocre at best. Some of the flowers were buds and the others were so old the petals were falling apart. The green leaves were darkened and brittle, many were cracked. I was in the verge of tears when I called and spoke to someone named Wendy. She scoffed about me complaining the flowers were buds and refered to them as being fresh flowers. When I explained the condition of the other flowers she stated that I was the only one to complaint about it and that was too bad. I immediately called Teleflora and made them aware of the situation and the florists unprofessional response. I constantly order flowers through my company for various occasions and have always used Teleflora, I had never had an issue before. I was very disappointed my only bad experience involved flowers for my mom on her special day. I should point out that after reading all these reviews I was even more disappointed. I would have liked to have received the same customer service the other posters rave about. Either way this florist has been blocked in my Teleflora account and now I can order peacefully again, assured that none of our business partners, employees, or friends will receive an embarrasing arrangement from this florist.

I have been using this service since I moved to Tampa 5 years ago. Every Valentines and Mothers day I send flowers out to my wife at her job. I never had a problem before until a year ago when I was told that my order could not be fulfilled because it was out of the service area. I wish they would have called me with enough time to get someone else. Next last Valentines day the order i placed was never delivered or it was delivered to the wrong address. I called, very disapointed, but still wanted my wife to get the flowers but decided to get a refund instead because of the excuse I received and no empathy or accomodation. I called today six days later since the refund has yet to hit my account and I was told it was on a "to do list" and I had to wait another 4 days anyway. I used to recommend them to everyone, not any more. Horrible service, no empathy, no customer service skills. Ill have to shop for another florist, one that actually cares. Sad to see a good business go bad like this.

Customer service is hard to find these days but I was so impressed with Artistic that I wanted to do a review. I always check reviews and I always look for the most good ones,because you cannot make everybody happy.I am from Tennessee and my daughter was going to be in Tampa on Valentines Day. I always send her flowers so I didn"t want to break tradition.I called and ordered the flowers on Thursday so was suprised that they were even willing to help me,but the girl that took the order was great.The weather caused my daughter to get in late so even thought they had sent the flowers over earlier in the day and could not get them delivered, Laura offered to send them back for me when she got in town,at rush hour Friday, Valentines Day. Most florists would have said sorry, we took them over there and thats it, but Artisitic saved the day for me.Thank you Laura,and Wendy for going the extra mile for me and helping me to keep the tradition that I have had for over 20 years.U R THE BEST!!!!

Artistic Florist is the worst flower company in Tampa FL.... Please take your business to a florist who cares, because they sure dont! I placed an order with a 24hr window for delivery. This company dropped the flowers off to a random person, and considered them delivered! No call was made to the individual whom there were for or the person who place the order to notify of this situation. When i called to ask about the order i placed, The owner was VERY VERY Rude! Notified me that i can not get a refund as well as she has no idea who or where my order has gone.... I will be CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS DEPARTMENT ABOUT THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY, BECAUSE THEIR MISTAKES BECOME YOUR LOST! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Ive took screenshots of there delivery policy which doesnt state that their able to leave your order with anyone beside the party there for. Dated: 01/22/14.. Lets see if they add them after...

BUSINESS ETHICS are HORRIBLE! I would NOT recommend anyone to shop at Artistic Florist of Tampa Inc. I went online to order corsages for my daughter prom Blue and White Elegant Corsage $12.95, Chic and Stunning 12.95, and Beloved Blossoms $9.95. I called the locations for additonal question regarding the upgrade feature. The representative advise she could take the order over the phone and quoted total amout of $88.00. I called back and was advise the prices online wasnt correct however, if the order was placed online the prices would be honored. Several hours later the owner Wendy called and stated she wouldnt honor the prices for the online order and would only fulfilled the order if I paid the now updated prices (online) of $36.95, $28.95 and $28.95. The owner didnt try to provide any type of customer service and advise the $88.00 will have to paid. I will take my buisness to another Florist in Tampa.

WORST Florist in TAMPA! Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE and RUDE Manager!!! I placed an order on the 12th and requested the order to be delivered on the 13th (the next day)..…simple RIGHT!! Well the order was delivered on the 12th and caused an issue because it made me look like I didn’t know our anniversary date! Well that IS important!! I called and the MANAGER was extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional. She had enough nerve to tell me that she didn’t understand how receiving the flowers a day early was such a BIG DEAL and that I was overreacting! They made the mistake and she turned it around on me. How unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t believe they have a person like this managing the store (or maybe it was the owner). I would NEVER recommend this florist to anyone. They make mistakes and have poor poor poor customer service.

I have used various florists around the area and continued to be disappointed in the product for the price (i.e. value). I called Artistic Florist for the first time earlier this week to give them a shot and all I can say is that they will now receive all my repeat business. Pleasantly greeted when I called in, efficient order process, turn around and delivery all within about 4 hours, received a call from the driver simply let me know delivery had been made, the final product was exactly what I expected, my wife & her colleagues loved it. Simply put, Great Customer Service, Great Value. I am a "Raving Fan" and Artistic Florist has earned my business.

The owner of the shop, Wendy, was exceptionally generous and kind in helping with a recent fundraiser we did. Not only did she donate amazingly beautiful centerpieces, but she also donated awesome gourmet gift baskets for our silent auction, which were very popular. This shop seems to be the kind of business that everyone should support. They are polite, kind, accomodating, and generous. And by the way, their work is top notch. Never before did I get more compliments on my centerpieces as I did this year when Artistic Florist did them. I would definitely recommend their flowers and their services to everyone!!!
