I purchased the “Deluxe Purple Moon flowers” from Rich Designs Florist online for Mother’s day. My siblings and I do not live close to my mother so for the first time we had to order flowers online for her. I received a call the next day informing me they were out of the arrangement. I asked if they could do something similar to it. I was assured that wouldn’t be a problem. My mom sends me a picture of her flowers. The flowers she received were awful and no way “similar” to the flowers in the picture. I also order a balloon with the flowers which turned out to be a blue balloon with a smile face drawn on with sharpie. I call the place to see if I can bring the flowers back for a refund. Which the slip you get with it says if you call within 24 hours they will make the necessary adjustments. The first lady I spoke to told me they’ve been out of flowers since Wednesday and that was the best they could do. She also said I agreed to something similar, which that defiantly was not similar. She would not give me a refund but instead offered to replace the flowers. Which I refused because if they would have informed me they were out of flowers in general I would have canceled my order. Which I was given a wrong number and had to call back. The owner picked up this time I informed her who I was and what happened. She said they told me they were out of flowers and pretty much blamed me for not ordering sooner. She also told me when buying flowers online they don’t always look like the picture. I informed her once again I was not told they were out of flowers but merely out of the arrangement. She said she was the one who spoke to me about it and then later changed it to another girl spoke to me. The quality of customer services at this place is beyond poor and the flowers they are trying to pass off in these pictures are appalling. After arguing with her for a good amount of time I settled on the piratical refund and keeping the flowers. Needless to say I will be buying my mom new beautiful flowers because thats what she deserves.

I wish I could give zero stars as this florist is a complete rip off. I ordered a orchid dish garden advertised on their site as a gift for my mother which included 6 orchids for $165.00. I was assured I would receive a similar description from their website. When it Arrived it included only 3 orchids and when I called to complain I was given an option of a dish garden for a supplement as I assumed orchids would be included. The dish garden arrived and was a philodendron plant worth about $10. I ordered 6 orchids I should receive 6 orchids not 3. I complained again was told by the owner it was 5pm and they were closing and she was going out. She would think over the weekend what to do but giving me 3 more orchids was $140 and she couldnt afford that. false advertising. I am very disappointed that this company would not consider giving me back half of the money or delivering 3 more orchids as promised in their add. Do not buy from this florist. Save your money and go through another family owned business in crystal river. Look on add on website for regal orchid for better understanding of how this florist is a sham.

Mothers Day plant delivered on time, thus a 1 star. However, the plant was rock hard pot bound, rust and broken leaves, white petals fell off within hours of delivery. Sad situation since these flowers were ordered by my daughter and I did not want to hurt her feelings by telling her. So, I called the number given to me by the delivery person and found a very unfriendly owner who told me that she could only give me something in return for me returning said plant to her place of business. Not much to do but demand a return credit to my daughters card. Deplorable condition of a plant and very unsatisfactory and unbusiness-like owner.

The owner and staff are very helpful, polite and efficent. I called to discuss what arrangement I wanted and they were extremely helpful. They even sent me a picture of the arrangement I ordered before it was delivered. I was very pleased with the arrangement. Delivery was prompt and on time. I will do business with them again.

Ordered deluxe Christmas time basket. No roses, no christmas ornament. Lots of greenery. Asked to be delivered late afternoon and to call first. Didnt happen. Arrangement received OK, but not looking like picture. Would use someone else next time.
