DO NOT USE or order from Edible Arrangements in Hernando FL! Ordered an expensive arranged billed on the credit card and Christmas gift was never delivered on 12.17.15. Called 1.6.16 after receiving the bill. They had the address wrong by one number, called to speak to the manager on 1.7.16 and she told different story of three attempts to deliver but never notified us of the problem. Very disappointing.

Great Job Opportunity

Every time I get a basket it was put together several days before- because the fruit is already degrading. The fruit is in a plastic bubble of condensate and it takes an hour to break the basket down. Its gross and a hassle. The delivery guy stalks you. I essentially told him, I do not want your rotting fruit. Stop delivering to me. I have to hire help to deal with your ridiculous baskets of rotting fruit.

I called to place an order for my friends 30th birthday and they told me they were on a limited selection and I was only allowed to choose from their mother days selection... Im sorry but if youre going to run and Nationwide business you need to always have an open selection!!!!!!

I have received one arrangement, dipped strawberries and several fruit cups. Fruit is fresh and employees in the store are professional and helpful. Facilities are very clean and neat. I believe this franchise is under new ownership and theyre doing a great job. A+++

Website advertises same day delivery. I called at 10:45, local time and was told that same day delivery was not possible because they were too busy and it "was a holiday". Today is December 12th.
