FTD uses these guys to service their online orders. I ordered these on 2/8 for my wife for delivery on Valentine’s Day. They called her at 4:50 on Valentine’s Day and said they couldnt deliver because they were ‘obviously busy today,’ but promised to be there first thing the next morning. They ended up coming after 1pm and delivered something that looked like it was picked out of the front yard of an abandoned foreclosure. Wilted flowers, short stems, and practially no water in the vase. I paid $106 for this piece of horse manure. This place is AWFUL and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. If you order from FTD, I would also recommend you ask them not to use this florist. You will definitely be disappointed.

Came in from out of town for a funeral and wanted something special. Drove by this cute place and decided to stop in to see what they could do. The owner took me in the back to his "production" office and while I told him what I liked and wanted, he made two arrangements that were beautiful. I wanted to bring them myself to the service, so I didnt get to see how the delivery aspect of his shop worked, but based on what Ive seen from his crew, it was probably every bit as wonderful. My one regret is that I didnt have time to really explore the shop. There are these spangles on the walls that make the whole place look like a jewel box, and lots of cute things from plants to knickknacks.

Absolutely horrific service. Called the day they were supposed to deliver with 10 minutes left of my office closing, saying that they wouldnt be able to make it, but that they would be here first thing in the morning (8am). Well, its 11am now and not a word- or a flower! Would never, ever use again. Update- they delivered at 1pm- Flowers had broken stems, and were wilted and turning brown at the edges. Tried to call the store multiple times and just got voicemail. Trust me- never order from this florist.
