My Mother passed away suddenly. Of course I used the florist recommended by the funeral home. When delivered and at first glance, all flowers were pretty due to the color arrangements. After the funeral services were completed, I noticed some of the arrangements seemed abit wilted. I advised my stepfather to put the flowers in some water when he arrived home, but then I thought to myself, if fresh when delivered, why would he need to do that? I took a lovely white flower arrangement a friend from Philly sent to us. I immediately noticed the very Large white lillies had also wilted during the funeral services. I took them home and snipped the ends and put the arrangement in fresh water to bring back to life. When I called the florist to report the issue with the flower arrangements, I was greeted with an attitude by the very rude employee. I sent her pictures of the flowers and she seemed annoyed. She then proceeded to explain that is what happens if some of the blooms are opened before the others. I purchase fresh flowers every two weeks for my home from the local food markets and I never had this issue. Next time I will go the the local food store to order my flowers fresh and save myself hundreds of dollars.

Feb 11, I ordered two sets of flowers at the same time of day. One from a Louisville KY florist,(12 inches of snow on the ground) a 2nd at Juilets Flowers. the Louisville flowers get delivered before 9AM the next day. It is 2:PM and Juliet Flowers in Tampa have not left the store. I called the store they said because of the WEATHER (light rain started late AM)they have had trouble delivering the flowers. The delivery was less than 3 miles away. NEVER AGAIN for Juliets ....On Feb 13, I called and talked to the one who calls themselves the manager. I complained about the lack of delivery. they promised a refund, it is now 10 days later, I have called and I was assured they would follow through. I have nothing.......do not order from Juliets

My husband and I just celebrated our anniversary. We each bought the other a flower arrangement from The Family Flower Shoppe. I got my husband a red rose arrangement, and he got me a pink rose arrangement. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and very aromatic. However, some of the pink roses were completely open, and I was afraid they wouldnt last long,. So I called the florist to tell her. She was very apologetic and offered to do whatever neccesary to rectify the situation. I chose to have the flowers replaced, so two days later new ones arrived. Those roses were even nicer than the others. It is refreshing to do business with people who take such pride in their work and in providing great customer service. Thanks!

I ordered three days in advance a couple of birthday arrangements to be delivered only 5 miles from them. I requested it be delivered by 12pm, and they said it is not a problem; however, the delivery was nearly 3 hours late and it was delivered to my girlfriends worksite when it was time for her to leave for the day. When I informed them it was two hours late, they replied thats funny, it wasnt written on here". They did not offer to be specific with when it could be delivered or say anything other than sorry. Unreliable in delivery, customer service not empathetic and careless. Why spend your hard earned money on an unreliable company that doesnt seem to care after they got your money.

Nickels and Dimes, I wanted to use the locally owned flower shop, was ok that their prices were higher than 1800flowers. 10.00 delivery charge, ok, gotta pay the driver. But when I saw the $5.00 service fee that got popped on just as I was checking out, I lost it. What is the service fee for?? Just money extraction, the cost of service should be in the cost of the flowers. Really wanted to support a local business, but dont make it feel like your trying to sneak around and gouge me on prices. If the flowers were $5.00 more and there was no service fee, I probably would have paid it, but it feels dishonest to throw that in unannounced at the checkout.

I just love the Family flower shoppe! :) Every time I order arrangements from the shop or even stop by to visit I am warmed by their smiles and their genuine customer service. I have been in this area for over 5 years and I remember when this location was called "Juliets." Be aware that the horrible reviews posted below are from when the flower shop was under this old name and old owner!!! The new owner took over the shop a couple years ago and renamed it "The Family Flower Shoppe." The deliveries are fast and prompt and my relatives always tell me how beautiful the flowers are when they receive them. This is the flower shop I use from now on!

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. It was my fiancèe birthday and I wanted to get her a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Not just any flowers from a corner truck or grocery store. So I stop in and ask for a dozen red roses. What she arranged for me was a bunch of old looking roses for $35.00. I asked the lady working there why do they look so old. She gots smart with me and asked me if I know anything about roses then asked if I wanted them or not. I decided to go to jennies flowers they had fresh vibrant flowers and treated me with respect.

I have been going to the Family Flower Shoppe for a few years now when they changed from Juliets and this place is much better, Everytime I go in they are friendly and have beautiful flowers and the price honestly compared to other places I have been to for the product .. you cant beat it and on top of that delivery charge is dirt cheap.. Went last night to buy my GF a single flower and needed recommendation and the owner was so nice and helpful in picking a beautiful flower for her, and the price surprised me. Thank u.. #lifetimecustomer.

Will never purchase anything from this store. For Valentines day 2017 my boyfriend purchased me flowers but they ended up giving the flowers to someone they thought was my boyfriend and gave him the flowers that person purchased. They didnt even give him something along the lines of what he spent on. On the business card it says "your smile" but thats not what I had on my face when he told me he wasnt given what he purchased. Had to rate it at least a 1 star but I wouldnt go that far to even give it 1 star if I had a choice.

My husband sent me an arrangement for our anniversary.... Im not sure how much he spent, but what I received was a $4.99 Publix arrangement with the stems cut off and put into a small fishbowl. Atrocious! Absolutely atrocious. Old, wilted in a warm water bath. He actually called and said something and no one offered to remedy the situation in any way. THAT in itself says a lot. Dont spend your hard-earned money here.... you WILL find nicer flowers at Publix.

Dont panic ... go see Miriam and Bobby Benitez at Tampa Flowers and Baskets if the corsage or boutonniere you received from another florist is just not what you were expecting. Miriam quickly came to my rescue and created a beautiful corsage and boutonniere, on the spot. How I wish my car would have turned to Tampa Flowers and Baskets on my first venture. Go see them for all of your special event needs.
