went there the other day with my dad. i sent him to get a lb of swiss cheese while i was at meat dept. ordering. my dad is an old gentleman and was taken advantage of by one of the ladies. he orders the cheese the lady pulls a package of cheese already cut and packaged she weighs and hands it to him. he leaves didnt think nothing of it at the time. we get home he starts to get stomache problems after he eats the cheese. who knows how freaking long that cheese had been cut and stored like that. towards the bottom of package you dont have slices but strips of cheese if i didnt live so far away i would of returned what i had to throw away never again!!!!!!!!!!

If you are not Latino, dont expect to be served with a smile. And dont expect to use a credit card. They dont accept charges below $5. I was always under the impression that the credit card agreement specifically forbid setting a minimum purchase amount. If it does, they obviously disregard it. If not, they are cheap.

I have been coming to this market for 10 yrs now. Ive tried other markets closer to where I live and their service is terrible. Latin American supermarket is great and their employees are friendly ,honestly. I have to travel 20 miles just to get my meat but its worth it.
