Worst Publix Customer Service I have ever experienced! I went in at 9:30pm one night and they were so focused on getting out of there and leaving at 10 that I couldnt get any help at the deli just for a small order of one item! After 10 minutes of trying to get the man behind the counter to actually look at me he asked me 5 separate times what I needed and after I told him the 5th time he went back to doing whatever he was doing. A few minutes later I asked him if he was getting my order and he told me he wasnt getting it and asked me what I needed again. At that point I decided to just leave and on my way out I asked to speak to the store manager as I am in this Publix no less than 2 times per week I wanted to let him know what was going on with his staff. He was no more attentive than the man at the deli so this appears to be common practice at this one Publix. I have been to several other Publix stores and have never been treated so disrespectfully at any other location. I am filing a corporate complaint against the store and its staff!

As always clean friendly store so at great prices but you pay what you get for and its always good quality I go there mostly for their meats I live 2 minutes from Winn-Dixie and its gotten so bad to shop at that I end up driving out of my way for Publix I wish theyd move on closer but Im always satisfied at what I get at Publix and the help there is absolutely wonderful wish they would put watermelons out on the floor though instead of just in the fruit section I like to buy my own watermelon not one cut up *******

this is my publix,i love to come to this store but i will never again go to there bakery. they are rude and lack skills on decorating a cake. I have gone to other publix stores and have never had trouble getting it the way i asked.But not this bakery,they want to tell you how to decorate your cake,then tell you that you were wrong and that they dont have to fix it for you. So save yourself the aggravation and go to any other bakery. #never again

An older man, possibly asst. mgr, grey hair, blue shirt, blk. pants, was putting a cold item back on shelf and rudely cut in front of me and made me stand there and wait while he finally found where to put the item. Then ck out clerk put my nectarines in with all my other items to get crushed. Very poor experience for a Publix store.

I ordered a 7 inch 4 layer chocolate cake with buttercream icing with chocolate chips mixed in the icing for my wifes birthday. The cake was perfectly decorated...sooooooooooooo moist and tasted sooooooooooooo good. Thanks Publix!!!

I always find everything i need quickly because its all kept stocked and in neat order. Employee always seem happy and engaging and thats what keeps me coming back each week for groceries.

They have the best buffalo chicken tenders! I get the 3 piece dinner and typically the potato wedges and mac&cheese. They even give me extra buffalo sauce so that I can make them saucy!

I cant judge the whole store based on two rude employees. So I will give them 3 stars which is a nice rating. However, be aware that the customer service isnt always the greatest.
