My fiancé and I bought two fish from this place. The next day one died, which we brought back and they refused to give us our money back because we didnt bring in a water sample. When we bought the fish we were never told this policy, as we told them. They didnt care so we just handed over the fish and told them to just keep it 6 dollars wasnt worth the argument. As soon as we get home we realize that the other fish had died that we bought at the same time as the other one that died but mind you we have about seven other fish that were perfectly fine before we got those fish. Fast forward a few days our whole tank was contaminated by the fish we bought from them. The point of my story is NEVER BUY A FISH FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! They have sick fish and wont do anything about it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

dont shop here the employee Really dont know what they are talking about when come to fish, fish water testing,type of fish that can live together. These employee claim to know what they are talking about when it come to fish but they dont........ they give bad information on what fish type can live together. On 10/4/2015 i had a employee test water for too tanks one new and a old tank, the employee said your fish is going to DIE !!!! PH was high you need PH down i said need what ? keep in mind one is as new tank **** ..... After leaving this store i second guessed the employee and went to petco to test the water and the water was fine stay away from this store they are not trained to give correct information on fish tanks.........

Worst customer service ever, went to buy fish and was told fish that I wanted was another kind of fish, no label on tank and just gave me a random price but no label on tank. Assistant manager Danny who helped me was rude and sarcastic, claimed he was the one who did fish ordering but did not know name of fish I wanted,. Scary huh!! Called corporate office to report this person and all I got was a sorry from store manager. They lost a loyal customer of over 25 years. Chuck West should be ashamed of this store and his reputation.

They advertise that the store close at 9pm, showed up at 8:57pm after a long day, and they decided close early, the guy behind the windows with a name tag "Kevin" just give me a sign that the store is close even though i was there on time for a quick pick up. If you guys wanna close at 6pm , 7pm, 8pm or 8:55, do it but let people know so we dont waste our time.

I dont know about the fish but i personally,Love this place i always buy my big bags of dog food here (its cheaper than petco or petsmart)and use my 5 of 25 plus when i do. The staff is helpfull and has offered me cheaper and better products they are nice people especially to this person who always seems to arrive 2 to 3 hours before closing :/

Bought some feeder fishes, in less than 24 hours half of them were dead. Spoke with a manager "Dan",said I could have stored the dead fishes in my fridge and without the dead carcasses, receipt, water sample, no replacement. This so called notice is supposedly posted by the tank. Nonchalantly said ok when I said Ill call corporate.

They definitely want to help but the girl there that I believe is pregnant does not know how to talk to customers. Completely rude to customers and on the phone speaking to a customer she was lude and crude and hung up on them
