I go to this store because its located in the same plaza as my job, so its convenient. However, Ill spend the extra dollar at Pet Supermarket from now on. This isnt the first time Ive gone to purchase my cats food and I find most of the bags, of the specific brand I buy, are not sealed. Theyre literally opened and exposed. How is that overlooked? The most recent trip was completely unprofessional on the managers part. I figured Id pick up a toy. Found one that was on clearance, there was a total of 4 on the peg hook. I go to the check out line and of course it rings up a different price. The cashier called for a manager and I walked her to it. She reads off the UPC and says "Theyre different UPCs" and walked away back to the register. She did adjust the price, but with the smugest look on her face as if a $2 difference was such a huge inconvenience for her (didnt get her name, but she was roughly 53ish, glasses, mid-length brown hair in a pony tail, average all around). I said thank you, but received no response in return. Look, Ive worked in retail, major retail, for 10 years. And before you question me, its not my job to ensure other stores have their price tags correct. If I can learn to smile through my resting b**** face and say some apologetic line so the customer doesnt feel like a a-hole, she can too.

I shop here all the time, and take my dog to the groomer. I have always had a wonderful experience except for today. The cashier was so rude! I was purchasing a coat for my dog and the girl takes it and says I cant sell this to you and puts it under the register then it was pouring rain outside so I stayed in the store till the rain let up and my dog tinkled by the front door, the same cashier was so annoyed while she was cleaning it up. I apologized, I would clean it but she did it with an attitude. I have never felt the need to call a manager to complain but in this case I felt I had to.

After a year of consistently being shorted (sometimes a little, sometimes a lot) on crickets, today I attempted to purchase 48 large crickets. This time I was actually given an appropriate amount, and was stopped by the cashier. He told me it was too much and I would have to wait while it was re-bagged. Perhaps if you didnt reliably under-fill cricket orders, you would know what 48 looks like. I will (easily) purchase my pet supplies elsewhere and suggest others do the same.

I,as well as my puppy thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Jodi &Anne @ PS today.My baby will be starting her 18 wk long puppy training classes this Wknd.My hope is to get her licenses as a "Therapy Dog",so that we can go work w/ kids that have Cancer,& w/ the Elderly. I think Cherry would Love that,as would I! A Beautiful way to contribute "OUR LOVE" TO OUR COMMUNITY!! GREAT EXPERIENCE TODAY!

Get your pet on. They have Banfield in the back (where I take my animals), they work with several rescues in the area (the weekends, that place is like a puppy palace and their tends to always be cats), and the staff is really helpful. Worst part of it is the parking lot. I would suggest going around the back way to get there.

Walked in and was immediately getting . Very clean ! Walked by to see the fish and a woman came out of the back room in with her belongs , Im assuming going home for the night . She asked if I needed anything . Great service !

Good selection of stuff for virtually any pet, but their reptiles are lacking. If the cages are empty, so either theyre popular and they arent restocking them fast enough, or theyre dying

Horrible grooming skills! I spent 15 mins explaining what I wanted and it was super easy. I picked up my dog and he was almost bald! Never again! And they charged me $52 for it!

I would rather go to Petco in Stuart. Better prices. Petsmart has a bigger selection with certain things but definitely much more expensive.
