I find them very helpful and more than willing to bring in any foods you might like them to have in stock. They offer top quality foods and treats and their orders/shipments are frequent, which means the food is not stocked for months on end prior to purchase. I also enjoy shopping where there are no "pets for sale" from mills, imported through brokers.
