They had a rack of Greenie products for dogs that were all the same brand that said $3.00 off and some had coupons and the others were missing. The coupon had and extra discount that was for this same brand for all size dogs and the clerk refused to give the discount. Be careful with the way they display things since they are not what they seem and workers dont seem to understand how discounts work and customers are being overcharged. This store in Port St Lucie is the worst out of three in area.

Corporate office customer service is non existent. Called 4 times. Disconnected twice. Put on hold for 20 minutes the 3rd time. 4th time left a message. Customer Service called back a day later and hung up on me 2 seconds after connecting. Enrolled in the customer loyalty program where every 10th bag of dog food is free. They owe me 6 free bags and never sent 1 coupon. Empty promises and worst Customer Service ever!!!!!!!!! I know drive a short distance farther for my pets needs.

We have only had a fish for a week today and died. Did everything they told me to and will not replace it because it has been more than three days. I have a three year old and he is devastated. I was going to go buy a bigger tank and more fish but not now from them.

Knowledgeable staff, with a massive variety of aquatic goods. I create aquascapes for myself and many others, and this store has always been able to order any plant, fish, and even rare breeds of shrimp for me. And for that I give 5 stars!

Terrible they are very nice but do not know what they are doing with the animals the guinea pigs and furry friends are right by the door where in the winter it get pretty cold but they do hold them a lot and that is my only concern

Great place for dogfood, good prices, very clean, plus they have and accept coupons. Although I have to say, the review from a customer about the viscous ferret and the employee not doing anything about it is VERY disturbing.
