This store participates in breed discrimination. We called to have my dogs nails trimmed there; he has been groomed here on multiple occasions without incident but the girl who usually did him no longer works there. The man we spoke to said one girl wont do large breeds and he personally wouldnt groom my dog because he is a rottie mix and he has been bitten by other rotties in the past. How is it that my dog whom never had an issue when being groomed and has been in there system is now being denied service? We asked for a manager and he told me he was the manager and it wouldnt change that he wont touch my dog. How is this even a correct way to treat a pet owner that spends money in your stores to deny service based on past experiences with other dogs? Theyve lost a customer for life.

I asked to be called when hills science diet for urinary problems was in. I was assured I would be.well eight weeks later,no call. Yes, I went into the store and bought it right off of the shelves,but since I use it consistently every week,I had hoped they would call. So this week,no cat food,no call...I complained to the giy in charge and told him why I was not happy.he gave me some rank and file lip service and NEVER EVEN ASKED ME FOR MY NAME AND NUMBER!! Went to Petsmart and bought my catfood there and might.just order from the feed store in ft pierce..

horrible store. i called 9/5/15 and the manager did nothing. i had a gift card and someone stole the balance which was $400. i gave them the gift card number and they said they cannot tell me what was purchased. correction- i dont know if the balance was stolen, but obviously i called one day and it was there and the next day it vanished. so therefore someone stole it, and i did not lose my wallet, so how do i know that a petco employee did not stole it. that is fraud.

Ive been coming here for over four years. I have a salt water fish tank and all of my supplies I got them from this store. Comes out that they sold me a sick anemone and it died within 5 days. The lady at the register was mean and she wouldnt listen what I had to say. This anemone costed me $43, that was the only reason I wanted an exchange (no a money refund) I will avoid coming back to this place at all. Way over priced and worst customer service.

I purchased a gift card at this location for friends birthday and when my friend tried to use it she was told there was nothing on the card. I went back to the store and was told to call customer service and the gift card line. I called several times and never got money back or a new card. Horrible service, I will never return.

If I could give lower reviews, I would... Most animals are kept in subpar conditions and some even look to be sick. Petco needs to take better care of their reptiles: many animals kept too cold and too dry, including some with such bad shed that they bleed. Not to mention rodents kept in cages WAY too small for good health.

I like it a lot better than PetSmart or Petco nice place that offers cheap immunisation every so often they also recommend a great groomer in the area which is catty-corner to them called ambers pet grooming very nice spot price well

Bought a sucker fish and 2 days later it died.... The store ids kinda pricey but they do have everything that Wal-Mart/publix wont have. Lets face it pets are a lot of $$. Staff was nice. Crickets i bought were dead also.

They do not answer the phone, when they do all you hear is talking in the background, i waited 30min before someone even showed up to see if i need help in fish dept. Maybe hire some people with work ethics not teanagers

Everyone I know at this location is very sweet knowledgeable and helpful. I went to PetSmart in Tradition and it was the worst experience of my life with a pet store. Never again! Im obviously a Petco girl. Go

Got our newest additions about a month ago and was able to get all supplies. Did have to return some things because I found then a lot cheaper somewhere else. But our rats are in heaven!

clean and friendly staff. animals in decent shape. I always go in the evenings so the reptiles will have some poop in there but nothing is left during the morning cleanings. good place

Great place to take your best furry friend. Prices are a tad high for normal stuff that can be found in other stores (in the same parking lot). I like to browse though.
