I was extremely impressed. I got my very first snake (& reptile for that matter) from here. A baby Ball Python. I was extremely hesitant, especially since they marketed more towards fish. I was pretty set on getting my snake from a well known breeder in FL, but I decided to go in & give it a shot. The staff was extremely nice & informative. And prices are reasonable. You can tell they really care about their animals. All the snakes i held there were sweeties. Its very evident they are held & loved often. Very much a family oriented feel. My little baby python is the sweetest guy in the world, I have completely fallen in love with him more than I ever thought I would. Especially since Ive never owned a reptile. He is very friendly, looks super healthy. His scales shine, hes perfect. I definitely am not gonna mind visiting this store every feeding day. And maybe investing in another baby someday. I really like the fact that they are close & would help me through any issues I have. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new friend. Especially if you are a novice.

I am sorry that I have to change my opinion of this store. I was treated the second time I went to purchase items I needed. The gentleman dismissed my desired products, I believe that he wanted to sell either more expensive products as well as products I didnt need. I am not a novice and know what I want. I dont want my intelligence to be insulted.
