I went to the Coral Springs location yesterday to have my dog groomed. Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. It started out by being asked if I wanted his nails done, so the girl without explaining the different options upgraded him from the nail trimming in the package to the nail grinding - I said when she showed me the price that it didnt make sense and she was like the nail grinding is not included in the package - I had to quiz her to clarify what was included and then I said I want the package that is what I have always gotten my dog. I do not appreciate being upsold in such a sneaky manner. I wish I had followed my gut and walked out right then. But I have always had a good experience at Petsmart so I stayed. At that time I asked for the hair on his tail to be cut along with the rest of the hair. I came back 4 hours later to pick up my dog and I paid - then came back to pick him up. His tail had not been cut, so I said to the girl who had taken him at drop off that I had asked for the tail to be cut. She was like "well we thought you would just want it untangled" I specifically asked for it to be cut at drop off with this same girl! So they quickly and badly cut his tail hair (I could have done a better job). At that point, I was just like forget it. So I left, well my dog was unusually upset and wanted to be held so I was holding him and he smelled bad. He clearly had not been bathed. At that point I decided to speak with a manager. I called and spoke with Rita who was very nice and understanding and said to come back in for a refund. Rita really redeemed the situation, but I went in this morning and for the refund and spoke with Edwin. Whose response was well what is the groomer (Brandon) going to tell me when I ask him if he bathed your dog. I said I dont know and I dont care, my dog was clearly not bathed and now I feel like Edwin practically accused me of lying about it. So while I might have returned to buy food, toys and other dog stuff, now I will not be returning to Petsmart for anything.

I come here for pet products and for the Banfield vet clinic located in the rear of the store. The store is great, employees are always nice and eager to help. Its kept clean and what I need is always in stock. The Banfield vet clinic has performed cancer removal surgery on my dog 2x now and have always been top notch. My dog, for some reason, loves going to the vet. I love that they treat him so well that he enjoys going.

I brought dry cat food and bag was infested with maggots and pantry moths. Returned item immediately and reported it to manager. Was told to replace it with another bag only to find not only was that bag and brand infested as well but other brands on that same shelf was contaminated. Notified the manager but to my dismay I noticed it wasnt removed nor attended to. Will never buy food from this location again.

I like this place, but a couple of weeks ago, they charged me for 24 cans of catfood. It should have been 2 cans. I got a refund. Today, I went to the PetsMart on Commercial and University. They charged me for 3 boxes of kitty litter. I actually bought ... ONE. Ill go back and get a refund. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING PETSMART!

I really like this store!! I go there quite a bit for my oldest cat who is on Royal Canin prescription diet, which can be quite expensive. They accept most competitor coupons, as well as manufacturer and rebates with Royal Canin, which helps quite a bit. The employees are always friendly and ready to help customers.

I went in to buy a small staircase for my cat and the team there could NOT have been more helpful! They were outstanding, friendly, caring, and compassionate. Just what you would want in a pet retailer. I went to the PetSmart official web site and I hope they thanked the team.

They have a great Banfield Veterinary section in the rear of the store; however, I never do any shopping at the store because everything is overpriced and almost all items are available at great prices at Walmart (which is actually right next door).

This was my first time taking my dog to PetSmart for grooming and I was nervous, but they did a SUPER job.They listen to me when I ask them not to cut his hair too short. I will be bringing my pup back there again. Thanks so much!!

Petsmart in general is a little pricey than other stores, but they have a great variety so I do not mind the extra couple of dollars. Service in this specific location is very good, everyone is friendly and helpful.

Terrible aquarium department! Every time I have gotten a fish from this location they broke out with Ich several days later! If you get fish from here make sure to quarantine them!! Definitely not going back!

This is one of the best pet supplies stores in the area. It is always clean, fully stocked and have a great staff. You can bring your pet with you and theyll get a treat when youre checking out. Great place.

Very friendly staff, clean and organized. I come by almost every other week or so to pick up a large quantity of cat food and dog food without any delay or issues. Easy to pick-up, easy to shop around.
