I was at the deli, waiting in line to order my sandwich. When the person in front of us was through, an older female worker with glasses stepped up, she yelled "next" looked at my boyfriend and I and and said "chop, chop!" Rudely, and unprofessionally. While yelling her command she chopped a knife on the cut board to emphasize her demand. We ordered a whole sub sandwich with boneless chicken, hot sauce, ranch, and swiss cheese. Ive ordered and visited many publixs and have never been treated so rudely. She did not ask if we wanted it toasted or whether we wanted our chicken tossed in the sauce or even how much sauce we wanted. I paid money for a sloppy, thrown together sandwich. Horrible employee.

The thing I like the most, is the wonderful attitude of the staff. There is always someone to ask if you need something. Even if they are in a different department, they all seem to have a complete knowledge of the store. They also, offer their services, asking if they can help you. Its so unusual these days to find anyone, not to mention all of the employees, willing to go out of their way to help you. The store is also immaculately clean.

I love this publix. The store is small but packed. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They seem to enjoy working there. I recently moved to this part of town and it was refreshing to see helpful and friendly people. Great Job to management for making it so nice.

This store always has nice displays and is the best ever for fresh meat and fresh vegetables. The service is always nice here. I highly recommend this store for good available parking too. Many stores in South Florida dont have goo parking areas. This store is tops.

This is the best Publix in Plantation. Everyone is super nice and yes, there are lots of baby duckies in the parking lot. The atmosphere is nice and its not packed with people on the weekend like the store on Sunrise. More relaxed and the staff is friendly.

This publix is amazing. The Customer service is great and they are always fully stocked on all my needs. The only problem is that I memorized the location of the products and now they just changed it and the order they changed it to makes no sense.

Love this supermarket. You gotta have great staff in a neighborhood supermarket & this place has got it. We have a market that is about 10 min away from our home & we rather go to this publix for all our food shopping.

They are always out of rotisserie chicken between 5 PM and 7, and if you happen to ask how long its going to be they will look at you like you speaking Chinese.
