I looked online and for the pharmacy hours for sundays it says the pharmacy is open at 8am and I went in at 9am and the pharmacy was closed. I needed to fill 2 prescriptions that i needed as soon as possible because i had just been to the hospital the night before and was in excruciating pain so the doctor wrote me 2 prescriptions and told me to get them filled immediately in the morning. But when i saw that the pharmacy still looked closed i spoke to an employee and showed her on my phone that it says on your website for the cvs on prima vista and floresta opens at 8 she told me they dont open until 10am on sundays and that they have no control over what their website says their pharmacy hours are. Very unprofessional!!!! Not to mention the employee was very rude and told me if i looked on the front door that the hours are listed there and they have no control over what time it says their pharmacy opens online. Definitely wont be going back there ever again. Whoever puts the hours online that the pharmacy opens needs to change the hours that are incorrect.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever used. The techs are sarcastic and rude. They talk about past customers and make fun of them. As I waited a few minutes for my prescription, I listened as one of the ladies laughed about how mad a customer was after he left. Aside from that, they are not careful or thorough when handling patient information. They mistakenly forgot to include my insurance info on my account and I was quoted full price for my prescription. I had to insist that she check again- sure enough, she found a mistake. Im not comfortable with these people handling my meds. Im going somewhere else. Ive literally used this CVS for over 15 years. Not anymore. Also, as someone who works in the medical field- I take handling medication seriously. To see the poor customer service and apathetic attitudes was disturbing to me.

This is the closest CVS to me since they shut down another store. The staff works real hard, but you can see that corporate forces them to cut down on hours resulting in many people waiting. Often times, the pharmacy staff cant answer the phone. I like some of the things CVS has done as a company, but then other decisions like closing stores , cutting hours, & not keeping certain stores open 24 hours has been disappointing.

The worst customer service from the pharmacist Christina Ive ever dealt with and I work for a doctors office so I speak to a lot. It seems like they have no heart or care about the patients or the needs , no compassion at all. I got sarcasm and rudeness very un professional. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone and I use CVS myself.

Bad bad pharmacy customer service. Out of medication does not know when coming in. Could not call another CVS to see if they have it. Going to change pharmacies that is not acceptable.
