Hello There

Holidays are over And Im going to comment as an employee. I was excited when I was Selected to work and came in only only one day. I thought I did GREAT!! I was told to call the store to talk to Marci to see when I was to come in again. Called the store and was on hold for about ten min than I was told she left. Called a second time left a message because she was on the phone. No returned call. Called a third time, she picked up and told me she was going to call me on Saturday because she was on her way out and will let me know of my schedule, NEVER heard from her. Never was called back and after three weeks received my paycheck. Very disappointed.

Placed an order online and when I got to the store my son didnt like the toy as he said it was for babies (hes 4 lol) because it was too big so he chose a smaller toy. When I went to return it for some reason my online receipt wouldnt come up in the system. Without ANY hesitation the crew member tried to exchange it. When the system kept giving her issues she called the manager over and had him take care of the issue. Without any hesitation the manager exchanged it and gave me store credit for an additional item. Best customer service Ive received in out of all the stores Ive gone to. Definitely deserves a great review! Keep up the great work guys

Really expensive and their price mach is a farse.. got a credit for a stroller that had a recall and decided to go for the quinny got so disappointed the price they have is double than buy buy baby and other places went i asked for price mach they couldnt match the price cuz the difference was alot, stroller cost by them $ 599,99. And at buy buy baby or bed bath and beyond the regular price is $299,99 . I was forced to either pay what they were sellinh it or buy a cheaper stroller cuz they dont even give you the money back.

They think there smarter than the average bear.Get ready to be riped off by these b******!I bought a rubber chicken and said 1 or 2 dollars but the employee said 3.50!We also bought 2 gaks,but one of them was sticky to get out of the box.When I came back to return and get another one,The lady want me to show my ID.Know wonder nobody goes here!This is runned by ghetto people!Never coming back to this toys r us!Also,a lady was complaing about her pick up she order and taking 30 mins.

Dont bother calling because most likely theyll just hang up on you or theyll just pick up the phone and put it down and wait for you to hang up they need to clean house there and hire new people! I must say that I went to a lot of different stores looking for a certain toy my daughter wanted and I couldnt find it anywhere but when I got to this Toys R Us not only did they have it but they had a variety so I guess Ill be coming back again soon I just wont be calling them again!!!!

This place is a barren desolate waste land. Nothing has prices where they should. Items that should cost $5 are $60. But you dont know that until you go up to the register. They have lines that reach halfway through the store but only have one register open. The other 13 registers have stuff piled up on them because they expect people to not even come in because the store sucks so bad.

My wife and I walked in during the middle of the week to purchase some pool floaties for our son. It took is 30 seconds to find the floaties and 30 minutes to pay for them. There was only one person ringing people up. Its seems like the cashier had hard time ringing up just one person. This store had always seemed understaffed and under knowledged.

Good luck with getting someone to answer the PHONE CALLED 10 TIMES...I ACTUALLY COUNTED ....I guess they have kids working there because a kid intro explains someone will be right with you yet no one answers the phone...completely unprofessional . .

This is the worst store ever!!! Customer service sucked and trying to call them had me waiting an hour and still no response and I do a lot of business with toys r us but never again ....at lease the Pines location...everyone needs to be fired!! Asap

Customer service is non existent. Do not expect to be greeted or ask if you need help with anything. After standing in the aisle looking at power wheels and ride alongs for 10 minutes I left and went to target. Also the prices at Toys R Us are a joke.

Return with a receipt still doesnot qualify you for a full refund. Tony store supervisor believes in satisfying guests gave me back full credit. Thank you Tony for keeping me a customer!

Absolutely filthy. Messy one can understand as customers are constantly putting things out of order, but the floors need to be vacuumed and mopped in the worst way. Terrible smell too.

There was only one cash register lane open along with the service desk. The one line was extremely long. Very irritating waiting and the a/c wasnt working to top it off.

Typical Toys R Us. lots of toys and lots of kids. I spent countless hours here with my son waiting for him to "pick something". good memories, good times.
