Bob and Amanda are amazing, because of them my son is getting his Christmas wish. My son has been begging for the wild thing powerwheels ride on. I could never afford this at regular price, but on Black Friday they had it on sale for 1/2 off. Unfortunately they were so busy and the employee helping us said that they only had it in pink and werent getting anymore orange ones in. We even waited at customer service for an hour trying to locate one with no success. We found out days later after sale ended. That they had orange in stock all along on the day of sale and never had pink. I called and explained situation to the manager Bob and he then informed co worker Amanda. They both apologized and to my surprise were able to get the wild thing in orange and at Sale price. Thank you Bob and Amanda Im am so grateful. Cant wait to see my sons face on Christmas morning.

Had this sales guy, Jerome, who knew EVERYTHING about strollers, cribs, pack n plays, etc and was happy to spend time with us going through all the options. I have never been happier with a salesman! This guy should be giving workshops, not stocking shelves!! He was so sweet and kind-- a VERY pleasant surprise at a BRU Store! He is THE BEST!

Its it the holiday, I get it, but had to wait 25 min at customer service for an online pick up yesterday that no one knew where it was and I was shunned by the the two females at customer service . After making a big fuss that I wanted a refund, the items magically appeared under their work area.

One of my good friends was having a baby shower and the gift list was at this store. I found it to be very convenient and the service was fast. I got the list and was able to purchase in no time. I thought it was going to take a lifetime, to be honest, but it wasnt.

Had a great experience with this store. The cashier Jordan help me with the transaction that the other cashier didnt help. I wanted to take the survey but I guess it was expired. Hopefully they can honor him for his hard work.

Kept me on hold for at least 30 minutes. First I was put on hold then I called back then they hung up on me and then called back again and the manager was rude. There are better stores around, I suggest your shop elsewhere.

My daughter and I love it here. I love the breastfeeding/changing lounge for the new moms - its so cozy and relaxing. The toys are everything my daughter is looking for. We come here often. Also, great prices.

Takes them 5+ minutes to initially pick up the phone, has you on hold for 10+ minutes, unhelpful on the phone AND in store. Save your sanity and try a different babies r us or better yet Target.

Its a combo store so they dont have as much as the others. The staff are helpful, the store is kept clean and stocked. Lots of expectant and new mom parking.
