I have been a customer for years and tried to exchange an unworn bike helmet and was told no. My issue was that the helmet was sold with markers for my child to create her own design but some of the markers didnt work. The manager told me some colors dont work on some helmets?!?! Well why do you sell them like that? Bottom line the situation was handled with arogance and they have lost my business over a $30 helmet.
