Una falta de respeto. Buscaba un juguete en particular y me mandaron a la tienda central en North Beach donde después de media hora de carro o más, me atendieron muy mal y sin ganas y encima no tenían lo que buscaba! Cuando me habían dicho que si. Juegan con el tiempo de la gente. Horrible atención y asistencia

Worst store, I would give it 0stars..they close the door on you 5 minutes before closing time, disrespectful staff and manager and does not want to even achieve its sales goals, just working on hourly pay to get by. Not professional. I will never shop at this location again. I have everything on video and will be reporting the staff and manger on duty at the time to corporate. A message to toys r us: please train your employees appropriately!

The manager is so disrespectfuland he threatd me (Im 14) to go outside and have a fight because I told him to calm down because he was screaming to my mom, after he did a bad transaction and my mom tried to tell him that he was going to be short on his cashier he started to rise his voice at her and thats when I stepped in and I told him to calm down and he started calling me names.

Very bad website . I was looking for shuffleboard discs and their website made me keep trying to find the product instead of giving me a yes or no answer or displaying them . A company as large as this should have a top of the line website , but they obviously dont .

The store was clean and organized. I do wish that they had a larger inventory, but I think this was an express Toys R Us. No idea where the larger stores are located, and riding down to South Dade is not an option.

Its OK. The only reason i go here is because they have old lego sets that r not sold anymore and if u were to buy them online they cost a fortune. Its small and have low staff but its ok.

Super small store, hard to find pricing on a lot of the items and most have way higher price than their website. Definitely better to go to a normal toys r us and not waste time here.
