I tried calling to ask if they carried a certain toy. Since its near Christmas time, the hot toys of the season have been hard to track down. They were very rude when they answered the phone in the first place. When I asked if the toy was in stock, they said "no, wait for an e-mail or advertisement" and hung up the phone on me. As a college student, I dont know anything about their e-mail system or where these mysterious "ads" were supposed to be located-especially since I had called them after seeing a TV commercial saying they had the toy in stock. I called back and asked about the e-mail system trying to figure out if there was a specific process, etc. The woman told me to "look it up online because she didnt have time to explain it to me" and that the ads would be advertised as one day specials with the toy in stock. She couldnt take the time to tell me what publications to look in, etc. I was shocked at her unwillingness to provide information and be helpful. This is what shes getting PAID to do, and thats the type of customer service shes providing? Forget the store. Ill try Walmart or Target next time instead of dealing with people who are rude and unhelpful.

As a former employee, I would like to say that if you are a customer, please go easy on the people working there. Its an extremely busy job, especially for the 3rd shift. We do our best to keep everything organized as best as possible, so if you are having a hard time looking for a desired product , its not the employees fault. Customers that usually come in tend to leave the products all over the place without putting it back at its designated spot. So if you want to make shopping easier and for all the other customers, please put the items back where they belong. Dont be shy to ask for help either, we wont bite and will do everything we can to help you.

When I went in (7/23/14 8 pm) I was forced to walk through an area full of over priced items to get to the main area of the store. Then I found what I needed in about 5 minutes and headed over to the ONLY lit register (#4 at the "service" desk) and had to wait...and wait...and wait while the cashier was on the phone with a customer. She never acknowledged I was waiting and I was the only one in line. No other employees offered to help and there were two hanging around other registers. I know they saw me but.... I got no apologies. I paid $52 for 15 minutes of misery and some Legos. Never again.

Mostly Everything is overpriced. Every time i go there is only 1 person working a register and the lines take FOR EVER! last time i went we wated in the line for at least 35 minutes. their system is always glitching up which is very annoying. Some of the Workers are nice others are complete jerks. When i found a item in a wrong place they gave it to me for a lower price. The store is overall pretty clean. Mostly i only go here if i cant find stuff in Walmart or target stores. But overall a decent Toys R us. I will be going back

I have been there twice recently and had really nice people help me. They were friendly and gave me as many suggestions as possible on some drumsticks. They were honest on what they knew or didnt know and I appreciated that. The woman checking me out up front today was very polite. Im in customer service and know how difficult it can be. You may find you need more people at Christmas. There will be tons of calls and lots of questions in stores. Sometimes, I ask other parents for second opinions.

If you call 9 times, and all 9 times it rings till the line goes dead, and you NEVER manage to get an employee to even pick up the phone and ask you to hold, there is a CORPORATE PROBLEM. Ill just buy it on ebay. No way Im driving across town for a CHANCE that you will have what your offering on sale. If youre too cheap to hire the appropriate amount of employees to keep the business going then you dont deserve the business.

Shopped here early morning Christmas eve..a sales assistant led me to several items in 2 spots that were exactly what I wanted to chose from. I ended up buying 2 different inflatable punching dolls in case one broke too soon. Quick shopping, clean restroom, quick checkout! Easy access from the main roads.

Gave us free donuts when we waited in line for 2 hours for a Nintendo Switch restock, kept thebline well tended and were very polite and organized during the purchasing setting out there accesories for it with the games.
