I love Toys and Co! Where else can you get FREE gift wrapping year round (even at Christmas) and great service while supporting a family owned business in the triad ;) They have lots of sales and great contests that support our community. My favorite one was a silly band contest and the winners got to actually have their designs made to wear. A Lego contest is going on now that will give away $50 dollars gift cards to the store. How cool!

This place is terribble. So i was in there with my kids and the next thing you know a mean and grouchy worker came up to my kids and told them to put back a 700$ bear, so later we called the store in disbelif of what had happend and the elephant came out to only be about 50$. I DONT RECCOMEND THAT YOU GO TO THIS STORE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WORKERS I SUGGEST YOU GO TO ONE IN HIGH POINT OR RALEIGH AND OVER ALLI WAS GLAD TO GET OUT OF THERE

I dont know what the other people that rated this store saw, but it wasnt Toys & Co.! This place is beyond fun - they sell great educational and quality toys. The staff is well informed and customer service is always friendly & helpful. The best part is that they will gift wrap for FREE! Make sure you register for the birthday club & save 15% on birthday presents, too!

When I walked into the store I saw children screaming and crying and crawling all over the store. I was looking for a RC Volkswagon Van for my son. this place was very small . I had to watch where I step children crawling all around. When walked out the store I felt so relieved. I had to tell my wife about my experience, she thought it was hilarious.

Where else can you walk in, ask for a gift for a ? year old, have help choosing it, get it wrapped and be on your way in minutes. I love to go in with the kids to play too, but when you are in a pinch, Toys & Co is THE place to go. Thanks guys!! Oh, and Lego day ROCKED.

Weird vibe in the store felt like staff was following us around after we were repeatedly asked do we need help and saying no every time. Gift wrapped items were nice. Will not be back, Im not a thief ok. lol We spent over two hundred dollars so...yeah.

I have never seen such expensive toys. I mean, children grow out of things quite fast, why on earth would an average shopping center have toys that the average person cannot afford. Will never go back.

This is a great store. Very friendly and inviting staff. Some of the toys seem to be a bit overpriced but other than that it is a great store. Great selection of Melissa and Doug toys.

This is always a fun place to stop in with my kids, we always find some sort of fun trinket here, even if its just a 25 cent glow in the dark T-rex... and my kids get stuff too!
