This store is awful! I will be contacting corporate about this! I live an hour and a half from this store and when we got home we realized the tablet that we had purchased for our two yr old was not in the bag! I call the store and was told we could come back and pick it up. Like seriously? I ask them to ship it because out would cost more in gas to drive then to have it over night and they said they cant do that! They could standard ship it and it wouldnt be there by Christmas! Needless to say we are driving back to get it because it was the only big present we got for him.What kind of business is this? This place and its employees are a joke!!!

Bought several Lego items. Before going to the store, I looked at the items online. The in store prices were higher. I figured no big deal, they could adjust the price at the register. Problem... They adjusted the price but would not honor the BUY 1 get one 40% off. So, I stood in the stupid store.... Ordered my items online and did store pickup. Then waited about 15 minutes for the order to make it through their system. Ultimately, I got what I wanted for the correct price and promo but zero help from the employees. Dont go in the store.... Buy online and get free shipping or do in-store pickup. STUPID BUSINESS PRACTICE !!!

I normally enjoy my visits to this Toys R Us location, but during one visit, I had called and asked one of their associates if a product that said it was in store, was actually in store and I was told it was. I drove out to the location and discovered that it has not been in store for a long time. I understand the online status can be different then what is actually in store, but please dont tell me its in when its not. Other then that, I have no problems with anything at this location.

This Toys R Us might not look like it from the outside but this has been one of the better Toys R Us we have been to. The toys we looked at where in the right places, most of the prices matched up. It was easy to locate certain toys or items we were looking at. It seemed clean when we were there. This one was so much better than a Toys R Us we had been to in Valdosta. We didnt really need to ask any questions of the staff.

I didnt receive good customer service from the cashier. She remained completely silent while I tried to engage her with nice conversation during checkout. Unfortunately we dont have a Toys"R"Us in Vero Beach to rate but since its the only one, all that really mattered is seeing my son happy. The store was neat but could use some outside lighting now that it gets darker earlier.

Not the best store Ive been to. Service is abhorrent. Bought my son " Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare " and a couple other things, little did I know that half of what I spent my money on was GONE! I highly dont recommend this store to those who want to save cash and not walk out of the store empty handed.

Why does Toys R Us exist anymore? I used to love them as a kid, and while the store is clean and reasonably well stocked, the prices are ridiculous. You can find cheaper down the street at Walmart or on line at Amazon. A chain out of step with progress.
