Laura. Is. Awesome! I went in yesterday evening in need of a new foundation. Laura cleaned my skin and we set out to find the perfect match. Any time Ive been anywhere else to try on makeup, Ive ended up leaving with the first thing I tried on, and I havent always been pleased once I got it home and saw it in different types of light. Laura was very patient and helped me try on MANY different foundations and concealers until we got a perfect match. Not only that, but she spent time teaching me how to apply it correctly. They didnt end up having my shade in the brand we selected, so she gave me several samples to get me through until my order comes in. I told her I had the Urban Decay Naked eyeshadow palette at home, but wasnt sure how to use it... she taught me step-by-step how to apply the right shades in the right spots, and how to hold/use the brush correctly, etc. I am so pleased with my new makeup and Im thankful for Lauras guidance!

I went in with a friend who was looking for a new foundation. No one offered to help us. The test product my friend was looking for wasnt on the shelf, so she went to find someone to ask if she could open a new box to test it out. The employee gave an unfriendly no. She finally found the right product, gave it to my friend, and walked away and never came back. Many other test products displayed were either sticky or unable to be tested as there was hardly any product left. As my friend was browsing, I found a shampoo and conditioner Id like to try. When I asked about their return policy, they werent sure if I could return it. We went to Ulta down the street, and I found a product that would work for me based on the staffs recommendations- and they were 50% off! Long lines here and unhelpful staff- avoid if possible!

I love this store in general because its very close to home and always Careys what I need I also want to give a big shoutout to ms.KATIE beauty consultant she is the #1 to help and the best one on everything and she deserves a raise lol. Thank you for always helping me and always being so happy and friendly and always listening to me on what I need and look for! Is my #1 beauty store and I highly recommend everyone to go their and ask for KATIE!

Love this location. Looking for a self tanner for my fair skin and talked with Kat over the phone. She was very helpful. When I came into the store one of the other girls helped me (Im sorry I forgot her name) but she was so friendly and very helpful as well! Great staff, their make up was on .! They were knowledgeable and made me feel confident in what I was buying. Love my new tan!
