I go to this store often. A lot of times I leave wishing I wouldnt of got talked into something or not real happy with my purchase. I have the wonderful pleasure of meeting Teresa M. And she helped me and I have never been so happy with everything I came home with. She spent time talking to me without being pushy and after a few minutes she knew exactly what I liked and didnt like. My duo lipstick is something I would of never bought on my own and Im in love with it! Ive bought a concealer and let it sit for years because I didnt like the way it felt, after hearing that she suggested another concealer. Hesitant at first but I can honestly say she nailed it with the product she chose! Im so very happy with my purchase and look forward to what she will introduce me to next! Amazing employee!

Horrible service.. she basically told me she cant help me because I cant specifically tell her what I am looking for in a concealer. She didnt seem like she really cared to help me figure it out. Didnt ask if i wanted to try the different types of concealers or match my skin tone.. not to mention she didnt explain to me the differnces. She jusy kept pushing to buy the product that i wasnt even sure i wanted. Im not the expert. She made me feel that it was my fault for not knowing my needs. RUDE! hire some nice people to attract customers.. no wonder this mall is going to $h!t... ghetto

Agree with the review before me. Rude,rude, rude. No one seems like they want to work or help anyone at all. They all have attitudes and just stand around. I had an almost identical experience with the girl not being able to help me because I couldnt express myself "right". Its your stinking job to assess the client...hello?! All they care about is sales not your needs. Better off going to the towns center or ordering online (free shipping and ). You dont have any guidance anyway so shop online. All the good MUA that once worked here are gone.

Special thanks to Lydia! Its relieving to walk in as a customer who wasnt judged for having no knowledge or experience with makeup. She was patient as I stared around, and friendly, not-over-the-top imposing like most who try to sell a product are. I was impressed with how she knew what colors would suit my eyeshadow and lipgloss, even the ones I hesitant on or had no interest in. Lydia knows her customers, the product, her job!!!

Despite the reviews ( which scared the heck outta me), I was pretty pleased with the service. Went inside, (despite the rush I was greeted immediately) and serviced with care even when I was clearly indecisive. She took time to assist me and try multiple options. Thanks! (Dont know her name but she was a bit taller than the others). Receipt says employer 443053! Thanks again!

Staff was very rude! Customers were waiting and being looked over. It was not first come first serve. It was more like whoever the employee wanted to help thats who they helped. I shouldnt have purchased anything but I did and the make up is good but the service was awful!

I went to this mac for the first time today and got some great eyeshadow pigments . Great customer service the lady that helped me ( Nicole) was very knowledgeable, and patient with me as it took me forever to choose 4 colors..lol this will be my go to mac from now on!

Sam and Brad did an outstanding job on my make-up. I dont usually wear makeup and they did an awesome job making it look natural. Wish I could just keep them in my closet and pull them out when I go out. Thanks and I will definitely be back.

The foundation they matched me with is too pale. I look sick. Never trust someone that cant even blend their own makeup correctly. The two people I talked to were so rude too. Waste of my time and money.
