I recently attended a class on June 11, 2017. At the beginning of the class the entire management team had introduced theirselves and was super friendly to the whole class. I love shopping at this location and highly recommend it to all my friends. And for those of you who are not aware there are two MAC counters at this location one inside of the Macys department store and the kiosk which is located on the second floor.

Agree with other reviews. I love MAC products but customer service needs some work. Macys didnt have my product and called the kiosk so they already had product set aside. There was only one person working and helping a very indecisive customer. She could of worked me in or asked the lady if she could quickly ring me up, but instead I had to wait 10 minutes to buy the product that was sitting on counter.

Very poor customer service at the kiosk location in Altamonte springs mall. I was treated very badly by the staff and the "supervisor" (light skin black woman with dreds) was equally rude, her attitude was beyond disgusting. I would highly NOT recommend this location to my worst enemy

I love the Altamonte location. Im new in town and the staff there is really great and helpful especially the store manager. This is definitely one of the best locations Ive ever been to!!! 5 star service

I went to Mac Altamonte I had great service the lady who helped me taught me how to use all the products and was very knowledgeable. Her name was Markida she is also the manger.
