I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE!!! I bought my wife 2 gift cards for Christmas this year each for 250.00 and when she went to shop here she was told they had a 00.00 balance. Well since Im the only one who had the cards I know this was false. My wife came home to pick me up with the receipts for the gift cards to straighten things out. We get there I explain the situation and show them the receipt and my bank card so they knew it was me who had purchased the cards. Well the managers solution was to call customer service and after about 45 min to an hour of sitting around I was told theres nothing they can do and was told customer service would give me a call back not even guaranteed when or if I would get my 500 dollars back!!!! I would recommend going to sephora before attempting to deal with this horrible establishment. Would give it 0 stars if I could!! Absolutely furious about how they handled the situation and the fact we should even be dealing with since roughly 20-30 other customers came through using gift cards without a problem...

Had an unpleasant experience recently at the Stow location regarding a Babyliss Nano Titanium straightener. 1) You cant use merchandise credit on online purchases :( 2) I couldnt find the straightener on the rack that I knew I wanted, so I went to the counter to inquire. They made it sound like the straightener I wanted was only available online so I wouldnt be able to use my store credit. They finally looked it up when I said there was one on display. 3) There were supposed to be 2 in stock per their gadget, we went back and looked and they werent anywhere. She said someone must have stolen both of them or their inventory count was wrong. It also appeared that the price tag was wrong for straightener- overpriced. I asked if they got it in could they hold it or notify me- she said no. I felt the situation could have been handled differently- I finally said to her well I guess Ill just go to the Ulta in Fairlawn. (I had the opposite experience in Fairlawn- they held it for me and it was the correct price, etc)

The best Ulta shopping experience Ive had! I went in before Christmas so they were pretty busy but Cathie (the manager I believe) was so patient with me and helped recommend products and even gave me samples. The girl at the register was super nice and helpful too. Great store and staff!

I just got my hair done there by Stacy. She was amazing and let me give my thoughts about what I wanted for color and then gave her opinion on what she thought would look best and then we decided on a color. The cut and style was also great! Will be returning for all hair care needs :)

This location is great. I come here for the Benefit Brow Bar and Brow Artist Courtney always does a fantastic job! The customer service here is very good. I roam around, but never feel isolated and alone. If I look confused, an Ulta employee is there to help.

I still prefer to go to Sephora just because the staff members are much more helpful. I wish They Carried some different brands because they are more convenient than going to the mall. They run pretty good deals though if you look for them.
