Oh how ironic that Mac has deleted all its old reviews most likely due to the fact that their employees are disgusting apes whom are unprofessional and lazy I once went into the Mac store at the millennia mall once again to attempt to purchase some sort of product having Im never able to purchase anything since the employees that were hired there to do their job seem to not want to do that job which they were hired and are payed to do so .anyways as I walk over to the counter to ask about the foundations and powders this woman with blue dreadlocks or braids (resembling nasty soggy playground ropes) begins to snicker with the other co-workers commenting on my age as I ignore her and continue to attempt speak to the woman at the counter she woman replies with : "who you talking to ..how" which I replied with :"excuse me" and then she says :"listen you old sack hoe we dont work for the retired. I mean like you probably aint got what our stuff is worth anywayzzz.we top notch.I mean they go dollars tree for what u need baby" I told I have money I picked the item I wanted and put it on the. Counted she took the them from me and handed it to the woman with blue dreadlocks/braids/ropes and the woman snicker she began to tap her plastic nails onto the powder Mac packaged box as she carried in talking about some celebrities and what not she then turned and said "uh you need somthing” I pointed to the powder in the box she had in her hands and she replied with "nah baby like she said top notch we aint gonna sell you this cause it dont work fo you" never again will I go to mac

Driscrimination that will be my word to drescribe this stothis. It is tremendously hard to believed that a employee will be trained to threat custumers this way let me tell you this im a nurse and went to this store for the first and last time and felt that i was judge juat beacuse i look hispanic. When i enter this store i was looking for help i got totally ignore and this employee pass me to help a white lady let me tell you this people from other countrys are professionals and more respectfull and decent and it is not fare to be treated like a trash just because i dont look white and dont have green or blue eyes unbelievable.

Well I waited there for over 15 mins after telling the guy I just wanted to exchange a lipstick havent even touched it and they took their time and basically avoided the fact I was waiting.. terrible customer service and I hate complaining but they suck
