I went into the stores 2 days in a row this past week. The first day I went in it happened to be my first visit, so I spent a large amount of time walking around checking everything out. My sole purpose was to buy foundation from Urban Decay, but not really knowing what shade I needed (it being the first time purchasing it) I spent alot of time testing all the shades. After about 40 minutes The sales women were starting to get rude with me and following me every where I went in the store. Every 5 mins someone was asking me if I needed help. It was getting annoying and it was unnecessary. It was making me feel very uncomfortable so I purchased the foundation and got out of there. I decided to go the next day hoping a different staff would be on so I could finish my shopping and purchase what I wanted. A woman approached me the moment I walked just beyond the registers "werent you here yesterday" she asked me quite rudely. I was so taken back by this I told her yes and I did purchase a couple of high end expensive items. She just said ok and walked off. A couple minutes later I was in looking at cosmetic brushes and she came over and gave me a lancome sample and I heard her say under her breath" maybe this will keep her from trying to steal". I was so disgusted that I left and I am planning on returning the $90 worth of makeup I purchased the day before. I will never go there again. Just because I was there for an hour or more taking my time apparently means I am casing the joint to steal! I will be returning my products to another Ulta 30 minutes out of my way just so I do not have to deal with that women ever again! I am an Esthitician and Makeup artist. I love makeup and can spend hours in those kind of stores trying products.So if you are anything like me I suggest you go to Sephora where the sales girls are professional and dont jump to conclusions just because you have been in their store for over 1 hour.

Love the facials!!! Went in for special occasion makeup for my 12 year old and didnt realized they had an esthetician (skin care expert) on hand. My baby girl has really bad acne so I booked an appointment with Natcha for the following week. I got a coupon for an already low price. Didnt expect much from a retail store but.... OMG, What an amazing facial! (My daughters first) So soothing, relaxing and extractions were so gentle. We did not feel rushed and Natcha really knows her stuff, plus she has beautiful skin. I cannot believe the spa like experience we got at Ulta! The price was so reasonable, I booked two more appointments. As for the staff, I already told you how amazing the esthetician is. But everyone is so friendly and helpful. The cashiers, the sales team. Did not like some of the attitudes I was feeling in the back by the salon area. They have a really cool eyebrow bar that seemed busy. We sampled make-up and the place was so tidy and had disposable brushes handy for you to test. ( I know that is the norm, but my point was that they were so well stocked) Really looking forward to spending my beauty$$ there. BTW: I got my facial (2 weeks ago) and it really made a difference. My weekday makeup routine has just been simplified now. (Concealer, BB Cream & HD powder) I was overusing/ overlapping my products and was slowly damaging my skin. I cant thank Natcha enough for showing me the way.

I attempted to make an 830p appointment using my ulta app which showed available. For some reason all day Saturday I was getting a server down error. Anyways I walked in close to 830p asking for a quick wash n dry . Nothing fancy. The lady lied to my face saying they stop taking people at 7p because they are required to close at 9p on the dot which is untrue because Ive book wash n dries at 830 before and never had a stylist deny me before. Thats why I chose ulta. The hours. Anyways... I knew she was lying but said ok ty anyways. Turned to walk away and I had not even made 3 steps away when I hear her say wth... we cant take a blow dry at this time. And shes talking about me to a coworker. So rude! Took all my strength not to turn back and say something. I will never grace this location with my business ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive been using Ulta salons for years. And this is by far the worst. I think the stylist was Dana... she had a Spanish accent.

I came here after calling many branches and they were kind to give me an appointment with Jonathan. At first I was a little nervous bec Im not sure if he can help me with my hair but I was amaze how fast but surely was his work. I love the result. I been to so many ulta branches name the city I can tell you they are just OK and most likely cocky. This hair stylist name Jonathan such hard worker,firm,nice,fun,respectful and he was there to give co workers a hand for sure nice and DONE! Please come see Jonathan he is the hair stylist I love to see and i will see him three times a month! Go Jonathan I admire you and your beautiful work! Thank you very much for making my life better! I dont have to wake up with ugly hair anymore! My hair is softer as never did,colored nicely and trimmed great! You know what you are doing! I love your work! I am so happy! I am bless to have be come your client! See you soon

I made an appointment to get a hair cut and a blow dry. I got there on time and I was assisted about 10 minutes after my appointment time. The ladies that work there are all very nice. However, when I was getting my hair washed, my hair stylist told me that there was a walk in that needed to be helped and that she would be jumping back and forth between us. I said okay thinking she wasnt going to take too much time getting back to me. After sitting in the salon chair with my hair wrapped in a towel, listening to them talk endlessly about some nonsense and watching everyone else get attended for about 25 minutes, I took the towel off and walked out. I just wanted a hair cut and a blow dry and I made an appointment that was not honored. What I wanted done literally would not have taken up much of their time. I will not be making any more trips to this ulta, I was extremely disappointed.

I went in to get my hair professionally done since Im blonde and not everyone can master blonde. My hair was a strawberry blonde so I went in to get full highlights . I told Nicole the beautician that I wanted my hair very blonde and to remove the redness. So she quoted me $240 with everything and cut / style which I figured was expensive but I expected the best result since its Ulta. NOT! She bleached my roots then put highlight while she left the bleach on my roots. When she finished I had , white, brown, grey and orange . I wanted to cry. I asked for the manager Robin which is brand new To the store , though she did help and even out the color and asked if I was happy with the result. I was a bit happier after being there for 6 hrs but still not exactly what I wanted. She was very sweet [Robin] . I must say I feel robbed. It was a lot of money. More so disappointed.
