Abradel es un beauty supply muy completo! Tienen todos los productos y si no los tienen,te los consiguen. Su propietario es muy amable y si eres profesional cosmetologa o estetisista o estas en la industria te dan descuentos.Me encantan sus productos.Soy fiel clienta ya ni visito a los otros supplys porque se que de una vez encontrare todo de calidad a un precio muy comodo. Se especialisan en productos dominicanos,Tratamientos,tintes y europeos,tambien consigues el tratamiento de keratina y extensiones de cabello natural y sintetico como acondisionadores y muebles para tu salon. This man followed me around the store as if I was trying to steal something. He even stand by the door while I was checking out my items, watching and waiting for me to leave. Also took my shopping basket without me asking and put it upfront like I was done. At first I thought he was being a good person but he was acting weird as hell. He tried to play it off nice but it was extremely passive aggressive. I bought what I needed and left. I would have spent more money but I got discourage as if I wasnt wanted in the store. Im no longer buying from this store again, Ill spend my hard earn money somewhere else.

Muy buen lugar ...tiene bastante variedad en buenos precios y tienen todo lo que tenga que ver con cabello. Tijeras,tintes,pelucas,secadores,tratamientos etc etc. Aparte que tiene muy buena atencion en español e Ingles. Solo tienen envios nacionales :(

This store caters to Hispanics more than Blacks. They lack when it comes to natural hair textures/products. Last time I came to this store they did not have Marley braiding hair. Also, on separate occasions I bought thread for a sew in and the thread was so weak. I could literally rip it apart and another time I bought glue for a quick weave and the glue was completely dried out. This store lacks quality, customer service, and they overcharge. I rather drive to OBT or Pine Hills for better quality and selection.

Very unorganized, dont know how to talk to their staff. Paying employees under the table. Vulger language in front of customers. Always talking about customers that enter the store, and they tell you you have to purchase over $5 if your paying with your debit card which Visa doesnt agree with. Very unprofessional. Do Not work here unless you want to make $6 an hour and some days $5 an hour. Its whatever they fell like paying you. muy poco profesional

Not my first choice for a beauty supply store but when you live on the East side of Orlando, options are limited. Overall they have a basic selection of products and hair but my issue is with their customer service. The employees arent very knowledgeable about their selection and the overall customer service needs to be better. One employee is running around helping everyone while the other 2 are conversing or walking around.

They dont have a large selection. I can tell their main distributor is Model Model. However, once you know what to expect, its not bad at all. Its hard to find a beauty supply store that has everything you need, especially on this side of town. So, I appreciate the selection and the service. If theres anything I need that they dont have, theres always Amazon and the West side of Orlando.

Not very knowledgeable about hair care products.( Why work there if you dont have a clue?) Only one staff member is willing to help while others talk. Some products are old and spoiled. Inspite this, they are very nice, but nice can only take you so far without intelligence and knowledge.

I found this store by mistake and am I glad I did!! I used to buy at Sallys but Abradel just has the Better prices on everything I use. a Must go store in Waterford Lakes . Its a little hard to find but its behid chipotle. On Alafaya. Accross from Red Lobster

Ive only been here once but Im guessing the staff has changed since the previous reviews were made. The staff was very friendly and attentive and offered helpful advice for my hair care needs. Ill definitely return here.
