Would give 0 stars if I could. The best part about my hair is that I didnt have to pay for it, and since it came out terrible, that isnt saying much. As a widow and now single mom who has been saving up for months to get my hair done, I walked into Ulta expecting to be thrilled. I heard great things about the stylists there. Then I met my stylist who had not been trained in her products. I asked Chrisi, another stylist there to do my hair instead. I asked her discreetly. She then walked over to my stylist and embarassed her by telling her that. The both of them then insisted that I let the new, poorly trained, stylist do my hair. And once they assured me that due to her many years in hair care that I would be satisfied, I reluctantly said OK. I wont go further into details but I walked away with my hair looking nothing like what I wanted and my scalp was in pain. When I told the manager that I hated the hair and felt absolutely hideous with it, (they pretty much bleached my whole head and left it a bronze color rather than lightning the ends of the ombre I had started at another salon) the manager then SNATCHED the recipt from my hand and said "Fine, dont pay for it" and walked away. Terrible service from management and employees. I honestly feel bad for the woman who did my hair because she obviously hadnt been trained in the products and thats not her fault! But I didnt want to go back and continue to fry my hair with bleach and continue getting disrespected by the other workers there. Horrible experience. I walked away crying. Dont go to this ulta, go to ANY other one!!

Seriously just had the best shopping experience ever. When my items were being rung up the cashier forgot to place a brush in my bag. I was super stressed out when I realized this. I went back to the store a few hours later and there was a huge line. I Iet one of the sales assistants on the floor know what had happened to me and she found the manager for me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was afraid this was going to be an ordeal but their unbelievable customer service assured I walked out with a smile on my face. Thank you so much!

Today was my first time using the services in the Ulta salon. LaPortia colored and cut my hair today and I absolutely LOVE it and so does my husband. Every one in the salon was friendly and very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely go back. I put Ulta / LaPortias phone number in my phone. But, my husband jokingly said that I should set the number up under Miracle Worker instead of Ulta / LaPortia. Thank you LaPortia, you did an amazing job! Lori Damron

I was not satisfied at all. I went in there and no one asked me if I needed help but they were asking everyone else (white) who came in. Several of them looking right at me and walked past me. I put my stuff back on the shelf and walked out. I will not visit that location again and will probably never again shop at Ulta (even online) because thats just ridiculous.

This place seems the every girl dreaming place but it isnt. If youre looking for things for your hair, like scissors or combs and stuff that an stylist use, either you wont find things to choose or you wont find anything at all. I bought 2 scissors here and when I was in Walmart I saw them less than the half of the price I paid in Ilya. So is really expensive

Suna was amazing. She fixed my color from another salon with care and knowledge like Ive never seen. The cut..gorgeous. Thank you for staying today to get me in last minute! Hugs to all the staff. They worked together without complaining. I loved the professionalism.
