Hoy es el día de autismo y tengo un hijo con tal diagnóstico. Cuando visite esta tienda para comprar regalos para mi familia, mi hijo enloqueció con la tienda en especial con una ladybug y no podía concentrarme en las compras y le dio un tantrum . Maria una empleada, la única persona en la tienda que tuvo la nobleza y la comprensión de preguntar que le pasaba. Al explicarle, ella tuvo la osadía de dirigirse con sutileza donde la gerente keylie y le explico que el niño es autista y aparentemente le sugirió a la gerente hacerle un obsequió a mi hijo. Yo y mi esposo nos dimos cuenta de la situación pero la gerente no asedió a su petición. Me dirigí a Maria y le di las gracias profundamente por su gesto bondadoso ( nos dimos cuenta de lo que intento hacer) . e Intento que me sintiera cómoda haciendo mis compras. Es lamentable que otras personas no posean un corazón noble y comprensivo como el de ella. Personas como ellas incrementan la ganancias en un lugar pues sabe de servicio, personas como ellas hacen sentir bien al consumidor para que continúen consumiendo. Keylie necesita aprender de ella. Le sugiero a los dueños de Lush cosmetics que la consideren para ella sea la nueva gerente . Maria se sintió muy alagada y de su parte no de la tienda fue y busco y le obsequió su ladybug . Gracias Maria por tener el enfoque y seguir tus buenos deseos. Un ejemplo de manejar situaciones y sobre todo de tolerancia. Today is autism day and I have a child with such a diagnosis. When I visited this store to buy gifts for my family, my son went crazy with the store especially with a ladybug and could not concentrate on shopping and gave him a tantrum. Maria an employee, the only person in the store who had the nobility and understanding to ask what was wrong. When she explained, she had the audacity to address with subtlety where the manager and keylie explained that the child is autistic and apparently suggested to the manager to make a gift to my son. Me and my husband noticed the situation but the manager did not besiege his request. I turned to Maria and thanked her deeply for her kind gesture (we realized what I am trying to do). And I try to feel comfortable doing my shopping. It is unfortunate that other people do not possess a noble and understanding heart like hers. People like them increase profits in a place because they know about service, people like them make the consumer feel good so that they continue to consume. Keylie needs to learn from her. I suggest the owners of Lush cosmetics who consider her to be the new manager. Maria felt very flooded and on her part not from the store went and looked for and presented her ladybug. Thank you Maria for having the focus and following your good wishes. An example of handling situations and especially of tolerance.

This location is great, especially if you have some time to kill in the Orlando Airport. It is outside security, so taking stuff with you can be something to think about. They carry all the bath bombs & soaps you love & make a great gift for that person kind enough to pick you up at the airport.

This place was leaking good smells all over the courtyard! Its a decent sized store but this one had more varieties than the others Ive been to. Definitely must browse around!
