I love Lush. Ive been going to Lush since 2012 and usually my experience there is always great but this time it wasnt. I went there this past week to pick up my favorite cleansing bar, Coalface. I asked one of the floor associates to help me. She was a larger girl, with glasses and she was very rude to me. I didnt see the soap and then I asked for her assistance and she looked at me and pointed in the direction of the soap as if I was supposed to know where it was. Then I saw that they had a much softer type of Coalface & made a mention of it and she responded by saying "umm, weve always had that here." So I was just quickly getting annoyed with her and her rude sarcasm. Your job is to help me, not to make me feel stupid at the store. I wont shop here again. Florida Mall has much nicer staff.

This was my first visit to a Lush Cosmetic location and I can easily say my experience at the Mall at Millenia is that is was, hands-down, the best customer service I have ever received in a retail store. Realistically, there is at least one employee anywhere you go who you can tell they either hate their job or theyre just overwhelmed and stressed, but I literally could not see a single one here. The only flaw I could find was how crowded and small the location was but they were so nice, helpful and calm that I became completely at ease with my surroundings (which is hard for me to do). I cannot wait to go back!

The employees at this lush location go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. We were in there this afternoon and one lady pulled a bath bomb down to my daughter how it worked - she was delighted! Another help me find the perfect shower gel for the issues I was having with my dry skin. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Prices of products are a bit high, so make sure you ask for a sample to try at home before you purchase a huge bottle.

The products are wonderful & well made. I was in the Millenia location today & was surprised to see a male employee working in what appeared to be a "wife-beater" shirt with chest hair & underarm hair exposed. I found it gross that someone would dress like that for work, & surprised that such a high end store tolerated such slovenly dress. Dont think Ill be back to this location.

While the store and employees where fine,the scent I purchased Rose Jam was horrible. The shower gel smells like beer not roses. I tbought maybe it was just me. So I asked everyone in my house what the scent smelled like to them. They unanimously agreed it smelled like beer. Definitely not like roses. I will try another fragrance next time.

I have to drive 45 minutes to get to this place and it is so worth it! The employees are always happy and eager to help steer you in the right direction for your needs. They do demonstrations of whatever product youre interrested in and even send you home with a sample of you arent sure you want to purchase a certain item. Amazing!!!!

This is probably the REASON I come to this mall. Im from Vero Beach and if I want to go to an actual LUSH store, I have to drive out of my way, and since this is one of the nicer ones, I prefer coming here.

Awesome products! All natural, lots of options for vegans. I love their bath bombs and massage bars. They also have this body butter bar that makes my skin feel so silky after using it in the shower!

I love the products and what the company stands for, I cannot stand the feeling of being attacked by sales people while trying to shop. I will never return to this store and only shop online. Eh!
