If I could give negative stars, I would. The spa smells, the employees are rude... My friends and I went in there to get services, were SHOCKED by how over-priced it was, so we reduced the services we were planning on getting. The employees did a sloppy job on our manicures, and then overcharged my credit card by $100!!! When I called to have it fixed, they told me to deal with it through the credit card company. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS SPA. I hope they go out of business!!

They did a decent job on my pedicure, but I didnt realize when they asked if I wanted the get a sugar rub or gave a brief massage that each small question involved adding more to my bill! Its absolutely NOT worth the price. After I gave them my credit card, they charged even more than what they said it would cost, and when I asked them why they charged more - all of a sudden the girl didnt understand English as well. I will not return.

I was confused reading these other reviews because this location is NOT a salon or a spa! It is the Aveda Store, so these other reviews must be for a different location. This store always gives great service! I leave with samples and a relaxing massage just about every time. 5 stars for sure!
