WOW! This place has everything and the folks there are really nice. I found the supplies that I needed and the clerk helped me right away. Good prices, too. I LOVE ulta beauty! ULTA moved into my neighborhood, and I had never shopped there. But, since I have been there a few times, each time has been a pleasure. Thank you! Ulta is the best and I will continue shopping there and recommending them to my friends. The first time that I went to ULTA Beauty, I was looking for a certain hair color, a hard to find brand unless you get it online. (Jerome Russells Punky Color) The woman clerk complimented me as soon as I walked in the door (my hair is a beautiful shade, I get lots of compliments!) She asked if I needed some help, and I told her what I was looking for, the Jerome Russell hair coloring. The clerk was very responsive and found the Punky Color hair color in the right section on the right shelf after she went out of her way to ask the hairstylist where the color was, which was the right move as that is her department. She went out of her way to make sure that I found what I was looking for, and she found it immediately. I was very happy because I got what I came for and the service was great too. The employees at my local ULTA always have a smile, are friendly, and very helpful. The store is easy to navigate around in and now that Ive been there a few times I know exactly where to find what I need. I feel comfortable there and due to my experiences shopping there, I thought it would be well worth it to join the ULTA Beauty Club. ULTA Beauty makes dreams come true. Thank you ULTA, for great products, great store, excellent employees, and a chance to tell you how happy I have been! ********UPDATE I went in for styling, a dramatic change. The folks there were so nice. ERIN, my stylist, took the time to give me good advice and she gave me a cut, color and style that was so beautiful.. I absolutely love my new look. it was such a dramatic change, and i cried afterward, but it was tears of pure JOY and happiness because i had a whole new look. Thank you ERIN for making my day, for restoring my look and for helping me. See ERIN she is skilled and excellent at what she does!!

I like ulta, but with so MANY high end products they really should have more full and CLEAN testers for guests try. I had to second myself on whether I wanted to swatch anything. Also, I think they should have more helpful employees for q7estions about products, the store is already overwhelming wnougnbecause of how many people had already had there fingers in products.

Worst experience ever! Melissa did my hair for my wedding. Thank God it was just trial! Left side of the updo was one inch higher than right side. My hair were frizzy and I had flyaways everywhere. My updo was holding up like 30 minutes or so and then a pieces of hair and curls started to fall out of my updo. And that updo was supposed to hold whole evening!

I see Melissa in the Salon to get my hair done! I have followed her for quite sometime and she is now back from Palm Beach and here to stay! She is amazing when it comes to color and highlights! She is sweet as anything and I look forward to seeing here every month! You have to go visit her!!

If your going to have your hair done you have to make an appointment with Erin. She is the Best stylist they have and the nicest too. She is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for her clients. Please make sure you are curtious and tip for the service.
