Customer service is unacceptable. I had a party where we made 19 logs of soap of which 2 were ruined by the same bottle of Almond Biscotti. When I called to explain the problem they were unapologetic and offered nothing but blame even though the same exact recipe worked with an Almond Biscotti bottle borrowed from a friend.

I have been a customer for years and the customer service is impeccable!! Great staff and great service. These folks has never messed up my order not once in over the years on my orders and if they believe there was going to an issue, I would be notified immediately.

FALSE ADVERTISING! Purchased soap through them and they claimed it was "Stephenson" when it was their own terrible soap that they made themselves. Very deceiving and I would not trust this company.
