Asked for a cute pixie cut had a few pictures, the woman cutting my hair had a cute pixie cut herself. So I assumed she knew that I didnt want a Buzz cut. She gave me a buzz cut. I dont even have enough hair to style. I literally have a mans buzz cut. She just kept saying over and over again. Super cute. Super cute, while chewing her gum. Worst service I have ever had. EVER.

Second ulta Ive been to and they must all have the WORST customer service Ive ever seen. After wandering around the store for 30 min, still had not been asked if I needed help with anything (which I did) and all the employees were too involved in their gossip to approach. Wont ever go back in an ulta again.
