Very poor customer service. The lady that did a poor job helping me had kind of a dirty blonde hair and looked like she could be in her late 30s or early 40s. Even though I was the only one in the store, I felt like she was trying to rush me out. I went there to buy lipstick and foundation. She didnt recommend any products or suggestions even when I tested the lipstick on me. I ended up wanting to buy lipstick but they didnt have the color I wanted in stock. She was way more eager to send me to the MAC in Nordstroms. Im glad bcuz they provided the customer service I shouldve received and I ended up spending alot on products. Based on my experience I recommend anyone that plans to go to Southpark mall and purchase MAC products go to the MAC section in Nordstroms, not the MAC store across from Aldo shoes.

Kathy at the south park mall in charlotte nc is amazing!!!! Her boss needs to know this. Actually that whole little store down there is awesome and the people there are real, fun, helpful and i love their energy
