I scheduled a 6 pm appointment with Christina for a cut and style. This would have been my first visit with Christina and Ultas Salon. I scheduled this appointment the day before my Maternity photo shoot so my hair would look good in the pics. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited 30 minutes before finally asking a manager where my stylist was. After calling Christina they determined she wasnt coming because of personal issues and claimed I was supposed to have been notified earlier in the day. I wasnt offered any kind of favor for the major inconvenience... just an apology and a recommendation to try Carmen and Carmen. Of course at this point it was to late to get an appointment at another salon. Needless to say my hair wasnt camera ready for my maternity photo shoot the next day. I will never book another appointment with Ulta! Horrible customer service and clearly some serious communication issues on their part. Sincerely, one very disappointed customer

I absolutely love Ulta, and have visited many locations across the southern part of the U.S. & can honestly say I have never been disappointed. However, the customer service I received at this Cotswold location was exceptional. I was having some skincare issues, and went into this Ulta while I was in the area. The lady who helped me was able to listen to my issues, look at my skin, and get me in a great new skin care regimen using the dermalogica skin care line. My skin cleared up within 2 days & I still love my products. A man also helped me find a new foundation to better suit my skin. Like I said I love Ulta but the customer service I received there was exceptional!

Its good as far as its Ulta and has things I need. The employees at this location are not the friendliest though. I feel more like a pain in their day when asking product questions or even when asking where to find something. Ive even gotten blank stares with no help at all. Also, when the cashier is having a conversation with another employee and does not greet me or say anything at all to me other than my total, thats another red flag. I am bummed, at my old store in the town we moved from it was quite the opposite. Time for some employee customer service training??

I absolutely love ulta but this store is the worst! Everything is so disorganized that you cant find anything you need. None of the makeup is where it is supposed to be and half of the samples are missing. Another thing, the people are unfriendly and do not really know much about the makeup they sell. Finally, if someone asks if you could help them sanitize a lipstick you should probably help them rather than say "alcohols over there". Very disappointed with this store and will probably never go back.

do you actually want to get beauty products then I would suggest going to an Sephora. This store has nothing in stock ever. they carry half the brands lines. they call items that have been out for months quote *new*. skincare lines are sub par at beat and staff has no knowledge of anything over awful experience everytime. I go in hopeful and leave disappointed knowing Im going to need to go to Sephora

If you want youre points stolen by an Ulta employee then when you call the manager of the store it happened at and Customer Service they ignore it, just go to Ulta Cotswold in Charlotte NC. The girl who stole my points from my receipt was Nicole S. She is over weight with really bad skin.

Without fail, I go there for a list of usually one to six items and they are out of stock of at least 2 of the things I need. Every time. And then there is always a slow line to check out. Im done. Just downloaded the Ulta app and will be shopping that way instead from now on.

Great shop with fabulous selection of both mass market and prestige beauty brands. The beauty advisors are extremely friendly and helpful and the store is well stocked and clean. Love it! Leah and Claudette helped me and are both amazing!

I have had good experiences here and found many things I was looking for. Sometimes I do wish there were more employees walking around to offer help, but most of the time I find them. Prices are high, but they usually have coupons in the mail.

Ive been into this store three times, and Ive left very satisfied each time. The associates have always greeted me and nicely handled all of my questions and requests. The store is clean, and I always have testers to try.

The store manager, Sarah, is extremely RUDE and not helpful AT ALL! Will not go back to that store! The other associates are usually fairly helpful, but as long as that manager is there, they have lost me as a customer.
