If I can give zero stars I would..I walked in and the girl that worked there whos name is Anastasia was so rude she kept trying to have me go look at some products and I kept saying Im all set thank you (3 times) and she snapped at me and said "I WAS JUST TELLING YOU" with the biggest attitude and then my cousin was trying one of the spray samples and the other employee name "Frankie" said "is that a sample youre spraying?"(probably assuming she opened it) and she said yes its the sample tester, hes like " oh I didnt know we had any samples of those"...worst customer service ever..I definitely will be making a complaint and dont recommend anyone to go there.

I went to this location twice this past week. Both visits I had to wait in line behind only one person for at least 15 minutes with no one else on the register. Both times the only person in front of me at checkout were still "shopping" and hadnt yet decided what they wanted despite being at the register. The employees also had difficulties checking them out due to whatever crazy complicated transaction they were trying to complete. Meanwhile the other employee in the store could have been on the other register to help out both times, but insisted on walking around an empty store helping no one. I wont be returning to this location again.

I went in today with my best friend for her birthday & had the best time! The staff was friendly and I got to try samples before I commit to buying. The girl that did my friends makeup was so thorough, took her time and was great! Chase that checked me out was an absolute doll and I really appreciate his thorough customer service. I noticed he was chatting with the guest in front of me and took time to chat with me. He was patient when we couldnt find my Beauty Insider account. Highly recommend this location!

we have been very happy with the portrait studio. we have gone multiple times and never been disappointed. julie is fantastic with kids and babies. she is always patient and manages to make you and your loved ones feel special.
