Ok. The girls that work there (cashiers) are usually friendly and nice. It seems understaffed A LOT. However, I went looking for a specific item in the designer area. Not understaffed. Big city snob realness. They did not have it but when one of the girls asked another (short hair) and she had to stop fixing HER OWN makeup to help me I knew I was in for a treat. She didnt disappoint. Full of attitude she proceeded to tell me how it was discontinued and insisting that there was nothing else like it. I asked if there was anything like it (outside of the designer items) and I seriously offended her. She doesnt know anything about "that stuff". Really? Because if my business was makeup I would be better informed. The item is NOT discontinued and I was able to buy it from the brand online. I just wanted something that looked like what I was running out of. No matter if its $26 a tube or $6. Get over yourself lady. Its just not that serious. You come off very snobby and condescending. Ill stick to the website in the future. Be nicer.

I will never recommend the salon to anyone. While the stylist was very sweet....I did not get what I asked for, even after showing a picture. When I called back the next day to ask if it could be fixed I was told I "probably" would not be charged. I made my appt and when I got there found out the appt was scheduled incorrectly and there was not time for me that day. I rescheduled, this time asking for a phone call with pricing prior to coming back in. I never got the call with prices. Went to my appt a few days later and was told I would have to pay $55 on top of the $200 I had already paid for me to get what I had asked for. The only "fix" I was offered for free was toner- which has completely washed out. After tip I lost $245 and my hair looks exactly the same as it did before I went in. I will not be returning to this location.

Everytime I go to this location its such a mess and they never have things where they are supposed to be. Or they dont have it at all. Luckily the staff asks you if you need help. At lease 5 times a trip. I always spend quite a bit of money when I go. I wait until I need all my expensive products. AND THEY NEVER GIVE ME SAMPLES! Today I spent $180.00 and didnt even get one sample today I bought a face mask that was labeled $10.00 it was the origins clay mask so I bought 2. When I got to the counter they rang up as 17$ each. I told the cashier that they are labeled $10 and she asked me to go take a picture of where I saw them. She said she couldnt leave the line. I was like "you want me to go take a picture?" Like really people thats your job! If there was a sephora near by I would never go back there.

I walked into the Bluffton, SC store a few weeks after moving there from Colorado to find some anti frizz hair care products to combat the southern humidity. A sales assistant in the makeup area asked what I was looking for and after I told her she brought me back to the salon. She informed the stylist of my predicament as he was doing a blowout. He stopped simply to tell me there were no products to help me and I just had to deal with it. Not only was this the most unhelpful experience Ive ever had in a store like this but it was embarrassing as all the other salon patrons just stared at me with my mess of frizz. The original sales assistant from the makeup section just shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well, sorry." I would not recommend this store.

Made an appointment to have my hair cut and arrived early to check in with my stylist. I stood at the salon desk for several minutes before I was acknowledged. She told me she would be with me in a few minutes but the client before was still getting their cut and it was wet. I waited for 15 minutes after my scheduled time; never getting an update on when I would be seen. Finally, I looked and saw that the stylist was still drying her hair with half of it left. I got up and left without having my hair cut because I was so upset with the whole experience thus far. I will never come back here again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone who wants to be seen in a timely manner.

Days before my wedding I had a huge stress breakout. Marion had a lot to work with!! She was so kind and helpful and let me know what I was doing wrong with my cleansing routine and gave me recommendations on what to buy. She gave me such a nice relaxing facial and was so sweet the whole time. Just hours after the facial, my face was almost cleared up and my pores were less visible. My skin is glowing and even-toned. Marion did an excellent job!! I have never had a better facial in my life. She is a miracle worker! I will definitely be going back to see her.

My experience was nothing less than life-changing (as cliche as that might sound.) I was very uneducated about skincare and how to use the right makeup for my face. Their makeup professionals were so informative, and not pushy at all. I truly felt like they cared about me as more than just a customer. She sold me on the perfect moisturizer, primer, and foundation, and my skin has never looked better. Thanks so much for all your help!

Ive been there 4-5 times and every time I need to see a consultant, no one is available and no one cares to help. It was a waste of time every time I went there. Do yourself a favor and go to Sephora.
