I must admit Ive had several questionable experiences with Sephora in Summit Mall. The workers have ranged from completely uncaring in helping me to overly helpful as if theyre watching me. Still, I am an avid user of Nars and so Ive continued to go for this product. Yesterday, I went for my regular purchase and a new concern. My skin has begun to experience what I thought was acne bumps on my cheeks. I was referred to Todd to help me. Todd recommended a pricy product but this was after really looking at my skin and explaining why he felt this product would help. After one treatment my skin has visibly improved by nearly 50%. I am so thankful that Todd didnt just take an opportunity to waste my time and money. He instead assessed my concern and recommend a product that would really work. Although I shop for quality on a budget, I still want knowledgeable employees as well as great customer service which is always a plus. Its not uncommon to disregard my desire for good service in order to purchase quality products, so once I find both I really feel obligated to share my experience. As far as marketing on the front line interacting with customers Sephora could definitely use a new approach. Maybe Todd could retrain his fellow employees to make shopping at Summit Malls Sephora a pleasurable experience always.

Ive been shopping at this specific Sephora since they opened I like it much more than the Sephora in JcPenney down the road as this Sephora inside Summit Mall carries many more brands. Very friendly staff. Hands down I love Midge and Michael both these ladies are my senior and I look up to them the exude classiness and are well informed on all the latest makeup, skincare and haircare. they will take you under there wings and get you headed in the right direction never pushy about a sale and always eager to allow you to sample or even try the product on in store. These ladies value each and every customer that comes into store always warm and welcoming.

BOAT LOADS of SAMPLES. I do very well at this Sephora . I was asked when I went in if I needed any help. I wasnt pressured in any way , and when I was ready the store associate was very helpful. I asked about samples with my purchase and they were very generous with them . I like getting my samples in the sprayer form, which is what Sephora has. They filled 6 samples for me , plus I got some extra creams and lotions with my purchase .Will shop at this Sephora again.

I walked around the store for 30 mins and no one helped or asked me if I was okay at all I wanted to get foundation and a new lipstick and all the workers ignored me but stayed close enough to see if I was stealing Im not coming here again I felt soo disrespected..all because Im not dressed all fancy doesnt mean I didnt have money Im sticking with chapel hill from now on...poor customer service -5 stars

LOVE this store! I appreciate the variety of brands, as well as product. They always have what Im searching for! Good product, good quality. The employees are decent, a few more approachable than others. My experiences here were very good, no complaints.

sephora is a rip off. they sell certificates that cannot be redeemed in the store you bought them. they are very rude when you attempt redeeming them. pretty much a $60 scam

Guess I wasnt "good enough" for their store because no one even greeted me or asked if I needed assistance, which I in fact, did.
