I love just about every makeup store but Sephora is probably my favorite. Because Sephora is my favorite, it pains me to have to write such a low starred review. This review is not from a one-time experience but an overall review of my collective experiences of the past 4 years of frequenting Sephora of Beachwood Mall. It does not matter who is working, how many employees, or what time of the year...you will never get someone to ask you if you need help unless you come into the store with a full face of make up. I went through the store for 30 minutes with not one person even asking me if I had any questions! I walked into different sections, showed different products to my husband, and even started looking for a certain product...I know I looked lost, I was that way on purpose. I had 3 employees walk past me. Even one who asked the other woman next to me if she needed help. Finally, I found what I needed and left. I think I will try to find a new sephora location from now on. Any drive would be worth better service than this.

The women here are rude. Im a VIB ROUGE and just because I sometimes I dont look like a movie star when I walk in doesnt mean that I havent paid these ladies their paychecks.... One woman didnt even have a personality; she had a shaved head and when I paid for a 210$ purchase, she just stared at me, didnt even ask if I wanted anything for a points purchase, she just handed me my bag without saying anything. Im sorry if some of these girls are struggling with high school drama (must be hard) but quit your job and give it to someone else who wants it.

Great selection, however the employees will stand around and look at you and not help. I usually just walk out because nobody helps.
