My experience with this store and employees was the best I have ever experienced with any cell carrier they were attentive to my needs answered all questions I had their knowledge of the equipment for me to purchase and the service provider was excellent I was happy to change my cell provider to Cricket wireless, and still any questions I need to ask I was given the store number to be able to find out information. Employees are available to answer those questions. I am very pleased to give them my business.

Carlos helped porting over from Verizon so easy, he showed me and my wife the phones and plan he thought fit us the best and even threw in a free phone for my son for switching from Verizon! Great customer service will be back and will send everyone I know!
