Ive been coming to this store in particular for years. I have never really had any negative experiences with the employees there in the past as a whole. Once they were bought over by a new company a few things changed, mostly the staff, and thats when things started to go badly. Many of the newer employees dont seem to have the personalities or product knowledge you would expect from someone in the customer service field. A few weeks ago I walked into the store to pay my bill and to purchase a pair of headphones. When I arrived, they were fairly busy and all of the employees in the store were assisting other customers but one. The one employee was sitting in the front of the store talking to her mother. As this is my store of choice, I have a decent rapport with many of the tenured employees, her included, so she actually introduced me to her mother. She then told me that one of the other employees would help me when they were free so she could continue talking to her mother. After about 10 minutes, Kevin freed up and was able to assist me. He did a fantastic job and is one of the two employees left at this store that I would personally feel comfortable dealing with. I found this experience to be extremely unprofessional. During working hours, the customer should come first. If she was on her break, she should have been off the sales floor and saved the social time for personal time. I can honestly say that if Ashley or Kevin ever left, I would be going to another store. I know the store in Tarpon Springs has a former employee of this store named Matt and he was always very patient and knowledgeable. I guess that would be my default store in this case despite it being an extra 20 minutes out of the way.

This t-mobile is great! Have always enjoyed the staff and never had a complaint. Unfortunately I ran into a shady sales associate, Trina Larose. She was pleasant and informative, took care of what I needed. But when I left T-mobile I received a message saying there was a monthly service added to my bill. I then asked Trina if she added it and she said yes it was to cover the "shipping cost" of my phone and I could cancel the payment any time! What?!? Mind you my phone is under warranty and recall so if there are any shipping cost I shouldnt be taking care of it the phone company should. I then called t-mobile customer service directly and got it fixed. Like I said I have met plenty of sales associates there Ashley and Matt are great! but I just wanted to forewarn anyone if you come across Trina, just make sure you double check every fee she will try to incur.

Trina/Tina was hands down the most horrible tmobile employee Ive ever delt with. She lied to my face 3 times during our conversation and even after I called her out she continued to lie. She was rude, arrogant and I will not be stepping foot in that store again. She claimed there was a 20 min wait when she called customer service...I walked out dialed 611 and had a rep on the phone before I made it to my car 30 feet away....she said there is nothing she can do in store because its up to the customer which is BS...every other rep at that location was always helpful and never gave anyone the run around like this chic did.

I was at the boot ranch t mobile facility, and I received the best service ever. Ashley w and Trina larose greeted me and worked endlessly to support my needs. They are an asset to t mobile and I was thrilled to have been taken care of with such professionalism. I came into the store for help as I needed to switch phones and the girls helped me move my contacts, set up my email, set up the settings, and download pictures. They were marvelous and should be rewarded for their support and service,. My experience was wonderful. Thank you t mobile for the women you hired as they rock,.

Lie to you about every single product. And then give you defective opened phones. Cannot believe this place to be honest. The manager tends to hide in the back instead of speak on the behalf of his employees. If you speak to him on the phone he is very different than in store.. Dont show that youre angry as he will not even come out to talk to you. Soo many other T Mobile dealers avoid this one. Karla and Trina will sell you lies.

Very scummy, unprofessional business. My very first time walking in the store I was accepted very rudely then ignored for 10 minutes. The Asian man which appeared to be the manager then communicated very rudely to all the customers standing in the store as though we were interrupting his day. Did not look like individuals I want to trust with my personal information.

I was very impressed with the staff and service at this location. I had gone here after walking out of another with horrible service and was well taken care of. Everyone on staff was very helpful, competent as well as attentive to myself and every customer that came in. Make this your first stop and you wont be disappointed!

The store staff provides superb service! I needed to return the signal booster equipment and order a new one. Was in and out in about 15 minutes with the correct device that I needed which they happen to have in stock. Highly recommend them!
