Quick to offer help, but making a sale overrides truly servicing the customer. Ive personally left the store with the phone purchased at this same store because they were absolutely incapable of helping to correct/fix my problem on multiple occasions; no sound, not keeping a charge, touch screen not working in specific spots of my screen, etc. One time I was sent a warranty replacement phone. I couldnt make phone calls on the "new" phone so I took it in to see if there was something I was doing wrong or hadnt set up or turned on. The young man informed me that it was definitely a problem with the phone, but my 12 month warranty from the original phone had expired so there was nothing they could do beyond selling me a new one. Talk about mad. I went home and called AT&T and found out the guy was wrong and they would replace the phone. Its a good thing I didnt buy a new phone. So was the store that lacking in knowledge of their own products and services or just trying to take advantage of me by hoping Id just replace it out of ignorance? This is the only AT&T company store we have locally so using it us almost a necessity, unfortunately.

Brock stepped up and helped me save my last video of a loved one I took before she passed away, my phone crashed broken screen and burned, if I had lost that video, I wouldve been forever devastated. .thanks to Brooks patience and skill..the video was recovered and restored to my backup device..Thanks from my heart.

They kept pushing us accessories and after saying no because we were buying them online, they tried guilt tripping us to help local business and not China. And sell a screen protector for 25 bucks.
