Only go to this location if you want to waste time! WARNING: long Epoch below! So my wife and I went into this Verizon store to do some changes to the account and add my phone line to it (switching carriers). She was also upgrading her phone. After picking out our phones, the employee there kept trying to get us to buy the accessories. I stood my ground. Then when he was setting the phones up, he kept trying to push the different levels of Verizon warranties on us. Again I stood my ground. At this point he was becoming a little testy and shaking his head in disapproval. In order for both of the rebates to go through, there has to be two transactions. He charged us and we left. Later that week we looked at cc bill and it had 2 charges, but one of them included the price of both phones in it, and the other charge was for a single phone. So basically we were charged double for a phone. We call Verizon services, but the person we got claimed that they could not do anything with the individual charges associated with the stores. We go back to store thinking it was an honest mistake. The GM there tried to look up the charges and said he could not see them. He then tells us to just file a dispute with our cc… That is bs and I knew it. We go to a different store and they say they can see the charges. After a two hour explanation and them rechecking everything, they finally file a “tops” report which simply asks corporate to change the value of a certain charge. It took so long because the employees told me they have never seen anyone get "overcharged" for an item and didnt even know it was possible for this to happen; but found out that upon checking out, you can manualy enter an amount if you choose. A few days later I checked my Verizon stats on the phone and I notice that I do not have unlimited text. The initial Verizon employee (from this store) added me to my wife’s account, but didn’t add me to her plan…. So I had some random plan that was a total rip. This resulted in another phone call to Verizon. Then today, I get an email saying one of the rebates didnt pass their audit, which was another call to verizon to explain the situation. The “screw-ups” and unhelpfulness of this store has cost me countless hours and days of talking to numerous people to get these issues resolved. I do NOT recommend this store for any reason. I would go to extremes avoiding this store at all costs; the time saved doing so is worth it.

I bought a new iPhone 6 Plus along with one of their $25 glass screen protectors (they installed it) which I was told was a good as the Zagg version. Well, after only 2 months the glass protector started peeling up and has big bubbles under it so I went in to get it replaced since I figured the adhesive was defective. I checked in with the greeter and told him exactly why I was there and he told me someone would be right with me. 15 minutes later an associate comes up, looks at my phone and tells me Im out of luck because they only have a 30 day warranty. I told her I wanted either a credit or a replacement since they were the ones that installed it so she goes to talk to a manager. Another 5-10 minutes go by and she comes back and reaffirms they wont do anything. I asked her why I was made to wait around 15-20 minutes when the greeter could have easily looked up my account and told me what the policy was. She had no answer. I left, called Verizon and they agreed I should have been told as soon as checking in what the policy was BUT they credited me over the phone without any issues for the cost of the screen protector. Lesson learned, if I want good customer service and want them to stand behind their product I need to avoid this store.

Very commission oriented place with a rude staff. I had a defective device that I wanted them to look at (Verizon telephone support directed me to this location). I was told to wait while he helps another customer (no big deal). A different customer comes in after me wanting a new phone/plan. The employee immediately helps him and gets him setup ignoring me. When I finally get helped he tries to sell me a different phone and wont even look at my current phone and told me to go to the place I bought it (notice the details tab that says they do repairs on this page, and my conversation with Verizon support confirming this). (This location is an authorized dealer/retailer. They are suppose to support anyone with a Verizon plan currently. Especially because Ive only been a customer for 14 days.) I will never go back to this location and seriously considering canceling my Verizon plan because of this locations lack of support/respect for their customers. This place is probably great if their making a commission off you, but when you actually need their service or support their tone quickly changes. Think twice before buying a phone from this location, Circuit City is right down the street.

Wish I could give it no star ... I gone in to get a new phone and had some questions ... after 30 min the guy that came to help me was annoyed with my questions but found answers then after telling him the phone I want he gone right into pushing accessories on me .... after telling him "no just the phone tonight " two times he still was trying and then got smart saying " what are u just going to let the phone drop and break " I told him OK Im done and left to ask for a manager the manager after me telling him all this just told me " its his job to try and have u protect your phone " and that is all he would say ...... not that he is sorry or ask me if maybe some other representative can help me so I just had to leave with no phone and feeling like I am the only one that has ever told this person no in his life. Sorry get over it lol. So I had to call customer service and tell them everything and thay where really nice but really nothing thay can do but make a complaint for me ...... well thats that. Maybe I was too hard but if I tell some one no I dont want something 2 times I think it should be left at no not keep going and smart off about me wanting to let my phone break

Drove from out of town to upgrade my phone with a deal that was offered to me less than a month ago from this location. When I arrived, they claimed that there was no such deal. I asked for the gentleman who helped me before, but they said he wasnt working that day. They said to come back tomorrow during these certain hours to speak to him. So I drove home and then the next day came during those hours (arrived at 4pm) and waited 45 minutes. They told me he went on lunchbreak close to 3pm and that they didnt know where he was at or when he was coming back. All seems pretty fishy to me. The guy never showed up and I left with the plans to talk to another phone carrier. This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced! Apparently they dont care to keep their word or their current customers.
