My husband and I went in to this location yesterday to purchase new phones. Sometimes we dread going to Verizon store because they rush you - you arent special or important. Not at this location. Brandon provided exceptional customer service, which wasnt a small task. My husband and I both needed phones. Brandon had to transfer our data to our new phones and explain them to us. He, and the manager, Marc, answered any questions we had about the Samsung Galaxy 8+. While we were there, two customers came in, one from another state, and one from another county, just to come to THIS location. If you want top-notch customer service, a complete explanation of your phone and treated as if you are special, come to this location. Brandon is the MAN-don!

Highly recommend, worked with Marcus there and he was very supportive of that fact that he knew what I wanted and was not pushing to sell stuff I didnt need or want. This is a good store, and I wouldve liked to support them more by buying some accessories, but they need to figure out a way to be more competitive in their pricing of those items, its just hard to justify their costs just to support a local business. That being said, I would definitly go back for phone upgrades.

I was told by other stores that there was no hope for me when my phone died. This store fixed that and allowed me to get a brand new phone inexpensively. Marcus was the most helpful person I think Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He told me everything I needed to know and talked with me while we were waiting for my phone to sync. I will definitely be using this store in the future.

Just moved from Denver. I was having a serious problem with my droid phone. Mark and Brandon were courteous, down to earth fix it pros! They got my phone working great again! This is the best experience me and my wife have ever had. Marcus Moresea, our Verizon sales associate at Reynoldsburg was very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided us with honest product reviews which greatly assisted us in making our decisions. Highly recommend the store and the sales associate.

Brandon and Adam are the guys to see! Went in to upgrade 2 phones while keeping my monthly bill down. They were able to get me the newest phones available and still kept the bill low. Both are very personable guys and are there to help you.
